HEATED TAILGATE DEVICE
This disclosure is directed toward a heated tailgate for use in cold climates. The heated tailgate may be used with a self-contained heated portable vacuum slurry box. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The heated tailgate provides that the slurry cuttings within the slurry box which are adjacent to the tailgate do not freeze and provides for a way in which the tailgate may seal to the vacuum box.
FLUID TRANSPORT USING INDUCTIVE HEATING
Aspects and embodiments of systems for fluid transportation using inductive heating are described. In one embodiment, the system includes a first transportation pipe having a first diameter and a second transportation pipe having a second diameter. The first diameter is greater than the second diameter. An augur that causes a fluid flow is within the first transportation pipe. A control circuit is electrically coupled to the first inductive element and the second inductive element, and to a power supply to inductively heat the first transportation pipe and the second transportation pipe.
Method and system for grain bin aeration
A grain bin aeration system has inlet ducting in communication with the hollow interior of the storage bin adjacent a perimeter of the storage bin and exhaust ducting in communication with the hollow interior of the storage bin at a central location within the storage bin. A first portion of the inlet ducting is directed to the top end of the bin so that aeration flow therethrough is directed downwardly through the material in the storage bin to the exhaust ducting. A second portion of the inlet ducting is directed to the bottom end of the bin so that aeration flow therethrough is directed upwardly through the material in the storage bin to the exhaust ducting.
Intermodal container and method of constructing same
An intermodal container includes a supporting frame having a rectangular base; a first pair of upright posts extending upwardly from the rectangular base; and a first cross-beam coupling the first pair of upright posts. A second pair of upright posts extends upwardly from the rectangular base proximate an opposite end thereof, and a second cross-beam couples the second pair of upright posts. A longitudinally extending connector beam has a first end coupled to the first cross-beam, and a second end coupled to the second cross-beam. The intermodal container further includes a plurality of panels, and each panel is made of fiber reinforced plastic and insulation foam that have been integrally molded together. The panels are coupled to the supporting frame and serve as side walls, end wall, roof, and floor of the container. A method for constructing an intermodal container is also disclosed.
Heated Slurry Transport System
A heated slurry transport system for receiving, transporting and unloading a cuttings slurry in a non-frozen manner in cold weather environments. The heated slurry transport system generally includes a portable tank having an interior surface, at least one wall, and a rear door. A layer of insulation surrounds at least a portion of the portable tank to help retain heat within the portable tank. A heating unit is attached to the portable tank and adapted to heat a fluid that is transferred through at least one heat loop attached to the portable tank to heat the interior of the portable tank and the contents of the portable tank.
Packaging bag and packaged product
A packaging bag for packaging water-absorbent resin powder includes a resin sheet with gas barrier properties which is formed in a bag shape having a charge opening for charging the water-absorbent resin powder into the packaging bag. At least one resin sheet piece of the resin sheet is provided with an incision penetrating the resin sheet piece in a thickness direction thereof, the incision having a dimension not larger than a predetermined length according to a mass median particle size of the water-absorbent resin powder.
Heat pump apparatus module
A heat pump apparatus module for heating and/or cooling supply water, the heat pump apparatus module including: an apparatus housing at least partly provided with an outer wall; a heat pump arrangement including a condenser, an evaporator, and a compressor arranged between said condenser and said evaporator, said compressor configured to transfer a heat transferring medium from said evaporator to said condenser; wherein said heat pump apparatus module is divided into at least two separate compartments being: an air-flow compartment including a first heat pump component being either the condenser or the evaporator, and being configured to allow air to flow through said air-flow compartment, said first heat pump component configured to utilize said air for heating or cooling said heat transferring medium; a first closeable compartment being accessible through a first closeable opening.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, COMPUTING PLATFORMS, AND STORAGE MEDIA FOR DIRECTING AND CONTROLLING A SUPPLY CHAIN CONTROL TERRITORY IN AN AUTONOMOUS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Systems, methods, computing platforms, and storage media for directing and controlling an autonomous storage unit in an autonomous inventory management system are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may negotiate, by a first controller, a dispatch routine for the storage unit with a transport controller and a second controller, assign a token to the storage unit and the second controller, the token providing an identification signal between the storage unit and the second controller, register a departure event with the first controller, provide a secure connection between the storage unit and the second controller, exchange the token between the storage unit and the second controller, authenticate the secure connection based on exchanging the token, and give the storage unit permission to access a control territory assigned to the second controller.

Heat Exchanger
A heat exchanger which is used primarily in oil and gas operations to heat tanks of liquids, such as drilling mud, water, heavy oil or other such fluids from freezing or becoming too viscous to pump.
