SYSTEM FOR JOINING CONTAINERS

System for joining containers for a first container (1) with doors at the front and rear thereof and a second container (2) with at least one door at the rear thereof, attached by the smaller sides, which comprises four hooks (3) on the four corners of the containers (1, 2), a plurality of sheets (4, 5) on the interior edge at the rear of the containers (1, 2) fixable to both and which cover the entire interior perimeter of the containers (1, 2), and means for adjusting the identification number of the containers (1, 2).

The means for adjusting the identification number can comprise a series of electronic screens (101, 102) on each container (1, 2) with two control units (102, 202), power sources, and communication means between the control units (102, 202) and optionally a contact (103, 203) in the support area of a sheet (4, 5).

CONNECTING MECHANISM AND COLLAPSIBLE CONTAINER COMPRISING THE SAME
20170305658 · 2017-10-26 ·

A connecting mechanism and a foldable container comprising the same. The foldable container comprises a top cover and a chassis. Top corner pieces (121) are disposed on four corners of the top cover. The top corner pieces are connected to a top cover corner column (122). Bottom corner pieces (111) are disposed on four corners of the chassis. The bottom corner pieces are connected to a chassis corner column (112). The connecting mechanism comprises a lifting lug (23) disposed on one of the top cover corner column (122) and the chassis corner column (112) and a locking plate (21) rotatably disposed on an outer end surface of the other one of the top cover corner column (122) and the chassis corner column (112). The locking plate (21) is provided with a hook portion fitted to the lifting lug. By means of the connecting mechanism, the top cover and the chassis can be automatically connected when the container is folded; and when the container is assembled, the operation efficiency is high and the inner size of the container is not affected.

Container-connecting fitting

To provide a preferable container-connecting fitting with which it is possible to anchor a container using a cable, a connecting fitting is, at a part thereof, fitted into non-circular hole in the container and is connected to the cable. The fitting has a shaft part to be inserted into the hole in the container. One end side of the shaft part is provided with a first flange which can pass through the hole only when positioned at a specific angle about the center line of the shaft part, and the other side of the shaft part is provided with a second flange that is too large to pass through the hole. Further, a cable connecting part is mounted on an opposite side where the first flange is present, the second flange being interposed therebetween, so as to be able to rotate, about the center line of the shaft part.

Collapsible container for consolidated load transportation and associated method for collapsing

Collapsible container for use in marine and overland consolidated-load transportation, which can be collapsed and deployed using simple means external thereto, and stacked in the collapsed state. The container comprises, as basic elements: a floor; a ceiling; a rear panel; a front panel formed by an external structural pre-frame and a pair of doors secured to the pre-frame with hinges; side walls formed by an upper collapsible lateral panel, a lower collapsible lateral panel and a central element as a connected by means of hinges. The container has sliding bolt mechanisms for locking the front and rear panels to the ceiling, lateral anchoring devices for securing said panels to the side walls and hinged couplings at the remaining connections between the basic elements, which hinged couplings allow the container to be collapsed by folding down, first, the front and rear panels onto the floor and then by collapsing the side walls, in bellows fashion, towards the inside of the container, and allow the container to be deployed by carrying out these steps in reverse.

LOCKING DEVICE FOR CONTAINERS

A locking device for containers on a vehicle chassis, having a housing, a plug-in pin which is mounted displaceably in the housing and/or a rotary pin which is mounted rotatably in the housing, wherein the plug-in pin and/or the rotary pin can be moved between an open position and a locked position. The invention was based on the problem of providing a locking device for containers which is triggered automatically by way of the loading operation. According to the invention, the problem is solved by the fact that a spring element which interacts with a triggering element acts on the plug-in pin or the rotary pin, wherein the triggering unit has at least one sensing bolt which protrudes out of the housing in the direction of a container fitting in the open position.

MOBILE STORAGE SYSTEM

The invention relates to a mobile storage system having a mobile container with an automated storage and retrieval system arranged inside. The automated storage and retrieval system has a storage grid structure having vertical members defining multiple columns, such as storage columns for storing storage bins on top of each other in vertical stacks. The vertical members are interconnected at their upper ends by a first rail system arranged to guide at least one bin handling vehicle thereon. The bin handling vehicle is configured to raise storage bins from, and lower storage bins into, the storage columns, and to transport the storage bins above the storage columns. The invention also relates to a method for providing such a system. The invention also relates to a mobile storage system having a plurality of mobile containers connected together and a method for providing such a system.
