Methods of using modified shipping containers
Methods and apparatuses for shipping of fabricated rectangular wooden modules used for construction of a wood frame structure and for shipping of other bulky items are described. In particular, the disclosure features a modified shipping container for shipping the fabricated rectangular wooden modules and methods of loading, transporting, and unloading the fabricated rectangular wooden modules. The modified shipping container features a removable header system and a removable cover. The fabricated rectangular wooden modules include a module length axis, a module width axis, a bounded wood perimeter, and joists or rafters oriented perpendicularly to the module length axis, and are stacked as cargo in the interior of the container such that joists or rafters of the fabricated rectangular wooden modules are substantially vertical and the length axes of the modules are substantially parallel to a length axis of the container.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED CONAINER
A temperature controlled container comprises exterior wall structure, interior wall structure positioned within the exterior wall structure, the interior wall structure at least partially defining an interior space configured to hold one or more products for shipping, and a chamber defined between the interior and exterior wall structure, the chamber configured to retain thermal storage medium to provide a thermally insulative layer at least partially protecting the interior space.
Module integrated cargo securement system
A cargo securement system for securing cargo in a container includes a number of extendable upper and extendable lower braces. The extendable upper braces mount to an upper portion of the framework of a module and extend to engage the container. The extendable lower braces extend from the floor system of the module and engage the walls of the container to apply a force that secures the module in place.
Removable container shipping frame for vehicle
The present invention provides a removable frame system for transporting vehicles in a container. The frame system is be assembled in the container, the vehicles are loaded on the frame system, the container is shipped to the location, the vehicles are unloaded from the frame system, and the frame system is disassembled and returned to the manufacture or stored for later use.
CASE WITH CORROSION INHIBITION SYSTEM
A storage solution that provides substantial advantages over existing storage solutions. The storage solution includes a corrosion inhibition system that provides or facilitates free progression or dispersion of volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) molecules in a chamber or cavity formed or enveloped in the storage solution.
Volume Adjustable Container System
A volume adjustable container system is provided, the system including at least a sliding track system disposed longitudinally along the inside walls of a container, wherein the sliding track system further comprises a plurality of variably and scalably adjustable restraint receiving members. Association of the longitudinally disposed track system with a vertically disposed track system; the addition or substitution of other similar track systems disposed in neighboring configurations arranged throughout a wide range of angular sweep; and a wide variety of restraining elements and restraining element receiving members, are also provided.
Universal storage and attachment device
An attachment device comprising a base and a body section extending from the base and comprising two opposing arms. Each arm comprises a displacement limiting section and an interfacing surface member. The arms cooperate to define an opening and are configured to be displaced by an object positioned within the opening and interfacing with the interfacing surface members. Furthermore, the arms are configured to exert a compressive force on the object placed in the opening as a result of the displacement thereof.
Movable equipment loading and unloading structure
A movable equipment loading and unloading structure for movably mounting equipment within a container includes a loading and unloading assembly and a guide assembly. The loading and unloading assembly includes a loading and unloading rail mounted to a ceiling of the container and a loading and unloading wheel assembly movably coupled to the loading and unloading rail. The loading and unloading wheel assembly is mounted to a side of the equipment. The guide assembly includes a guide rail mounted to a floor of the container and at least one guide wheel rollably coupled to the guide rail. The guide wheel is mounted to another side of the equipment opposite to the side mounted to the loading and unloading wheel assembly.
Logistics arrangement and method for unloading objects from a logistics stand comprising a plurality of logistics arrangements
The logistics arrangement comprises an arm adapted to be pivotably attached to a logistics stand. The arm comprises a support member adapted to carry an object, when the arm is substantially horizontally directed in a storage position, and a pivoting element adapted to pivotably attach the arm to the logistics stand, such that the arm is enabled to pivot between the storage position and a standby position where the arm is substantially vertically directed. The arm also comprises a stop member adapted to together with the logistics stand hold the arm in a storage position. The support member is connected with the stop member and the pivoting element, and the arm is configured to be forced into the standby position by an upwardly directed lift-movement of the another located object, during unload of the lower located object form the logistics stand. The invention also relates to a logistics stand comprising a plurality of logistics arrangements, a logistics system comprising a freight container and at least one logistics stand, and a method for unloading objects from a logistics stand.
Storage box auxiliary device and aviation container
Presenting an auxiliary storage apparatus and aircraft container that enables existing non-regulated temperature containers to be equipped with specific features such as cooling, heating, and humidifying features. The storage container with specific features is inserted into a non-regulated temperature container for aircraft use and affixed to the interior of the non-regulated temperature container by the auxiliary storage apparatus, which includes a wire that passes over the storage container, hooks and pulleys that affix to existing support brackets located on four corners of a floor surface, and a turnbuckle. One end of the wire hooks onto a first hook. The wire passes over the storage container and winds around the pulleys. The other end of the wire attaches to a second hook using the turnbuckle. During operation of the turnbuckle, the wire tightens against the storage container, and the storage container is affixed to the interior of the non-regulated temperature container.
