Bulk fluid storage container
A bulk fluid storage container has a top wall structure and a bottom wall structure held in spaced relation by a side wall structure. An internal baffle assembly is disposed in the fluid storage volume between the side wall structure for reducing fluid sloshing. A fill port formed in the top wall structure has a fill flange for coupling with a source of the fluid. A vent port formed in the top wall structure has a pressure vacuum value. A drain port formed in the side wall structure in a lower region adjacent the gutter region has a drain valve assembly is coupled to the drain port. A frame assembly includes an upper rectangular frame member and a lower rectangular frame member arranged in spaced relation by a plurality of post; wherein the frame assembly surrounds and supports the fluid storage vessel.
Multipurpose relocatable structure and lifting systems and methods
A multipurpose relocatable structure includes a floor system, a framework secured to the floor system, and walls coupled to the framework. The walls include a number of panels that are secured along adjacent vertical edges. The multipurpose relocatable structure may include a preconfigured interior, one or more doors having an emergency escape hatch, a protected electrical connector, an environmental control system that is configurable between operational and transport configurations, and lifting corners having securement apertures.

HEATED TAILGATE DEVICE
This disclosure is directed toward a heated tailgate for use in cold climates. The heated tailgate may be used with a self-contained heated portable vacuum slurry box. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The heated tailgate provides that the slurry cuttings within the slurry box which are adjacent to the tailgate do not freeze and provides for a way in which the tailgate may seal to the vacuum box.
Tank Fill Adapter for Providing Air Gap Between Supply Pipe and Tank Inlet
A tank fill adapter device for a portable fluid tank provides a connection between an inlet collar of a tank and a supply pipe for filling the tank with a fluid that introduces an air gap into the connection. An annular mounting flange mounts against the inlet collar using a fastened connection. A pipe supporting portion protrudes upwardly from the annular mounting flange for supporting an open end of the supply pipe spaced above the inlet collar. An outer annular baffle protrudes downwardly from the annular mounting flange for being received into the tank through the inlet collar and an inner annular baffle is supported within the outer annular baffle to define a generally annular space between the outer and inner annular baffles which remains in open communication at a bottom end thereof with an interior of the tank.
Multi-function closure for a liquid containment tank
A multi-function closure is provided for a liquid containment tank. The tank has an upper wall with an inspection opening therein. The closure includes a ring attached to the upper wall and extending around the inspection opening. A pan is removably fastened to the ring, and has a bottom and side wall forming a reservoir for collection of spilled liquid. A lid is pivotally connected to the pan for movement between open and closed positions, and can be locked in the closed position. Multiple ports are formed in the bottom of the pan for filling the tank with liquid, and suctioning or pumping liquid from the tank for discharge.

BWC cover handling system
The Cover Handler System is mechanical mechanism that completes the task of removing large covers from industrial sized boilers, heat exchanges and condensers even in conditions cramped by walls, pipes and other boilers. The mechanism typically attaches to the top of the boiler from which will extend a swing assembly, from which horizontally extends an I-beam, along which slides a roller assembly, from which descends vertically a hanger which provides means for a bronze bushing supported cover assembly. The cover is removed and rotated out of the way by the cover handler's three means of articulation by the rotating swing assembly, the sliding roller assembly and rotating cover mounts. The cover removal system ceases to be arduous and time consuming. The complex operation of removing and replacing the cover is accomplished safely in a short amount of time even in the most cramped conditions.
