HIGH CAPACITY CONTAINER WITH MULTIPLE DISCHARGE LOCATIONS
20210179345 · 2021-06-17 ·

A container assembly comprises a container and a base and is configured to be transported horizontally to a work site where it is raised to a vertical working orientation. A hoppered container floor directs material to a discharge opening in a center of the floor of the container. A plurality of chutes is fixed to the container assembly and each slopes downward and outward from a chute input, located under a central portion of the hoppered floor, to a corresponding chute output. A distributor assembly mounted under the discharge opening receives granular material from the discharge opening and directs same into any one of the chute inputs. When loaded on a gooseneck trailer the container extends over the hitch assembly providing increased volume and capacity.

Tank valve and tank with such a valve

A tank valve with a valve seat and a valve disc can be displaced relative to the valve seat along a displacement direction into either a closed position or a through-flow position. The valve seat includes a plate shaped part and a ring-shaped part. The valve disc has a first contact area which contacts the first plate shaped part of the valve seat when the tank valve is in the closed position. The valve disc also has a second contact area which is in contact with a second part of the valve seat when it is in the closed position.

TELESCOPING CONTAINER SYSTEM

A telescoping container system with a first container and a second container that is configured to slide into and out of the second container. The invention includes first, second and third elongated gaskets that are configured to create various seals between the first and second containers and a wiper seal that creates a further seal between the top front rail of the first container and the top panel of the second container. The invention includes two non-pivoting guide wheels situated at the top of the rear end of the second container and two pivoting guide wheel assemblies situated on wings that extend inwardly front the front corner posts of the first container. The pivoting guide wheel assembly allows the invention to seal in each direction by pivoting backward and forward.

Modular indefinite volume combined tank

A modular indefinite volume combined tank is provided, including a tank body module, a tank bottom module and an inflating module, wherein the tank body module is formed by splicing a plurality of wall plates and connectors, and the wall plates and the connectors form a tank body. The tank bottom module includes a strip-type steel plate, concrete cloth, annular steel plate and a cement foundation. The strip-type steel plate is paved on the cement foundation, the annular steel plate is arranged in the upper side of the outer edge of the strip-type steel plate, the annular steel plate is encircled by a plurality of arc-shaped steel sheets, a ring of annular edge is arranged in the annular steel plate to be connected to the upper tank body, and a layer of concrete cloth is arranged between the lower side of the annular steel plate and the strip-type steel plate.

Sealed reusable bulk material container

The present invention relates to a container for holding bulk material, having a closable inlet for the bulk material in the upper closure of the container, a cross-sectional geometry narrowing in the outlet direction for the bulk material, an outlet tube for the bulk material arranged subsequently in the outlet direction, a first reversible mechanical closure device (A), which is arranged in the transition region from the container body to the outlet tube or in the outlet tube itself and, by opening, releases the bulk material from the interior of the container, and a second closure device (B) which reversibly closes the mouth of the outlet tube, the second closure device being a cover which is pressed flush onto the mouth of the outlet tube by means of a closure device, there being a seal which seals the outlet tube in a gas- and liquid-tight fashion from the external environment at least on the contact surface of the cover with the mouth degree of the outlet tube, wherein the cover is screwed onto or is pressed with a clamping ring or a bayonet closure onto the mouth of the outlet tube.

Door closure

Disclosed is a closure for a door of a shipping container. The closure includes a housing, an outside handle pivotally mounted relative to the housing, an inside handle pivotally mounted relative to the housing, and a catch connected to the inside handle. The closure is configured so that movement of the inside handle between a first position and a second position causes corresponding movement of the catch. A locking mechanism can releasably fix the inside handle relative to the outside handle, such that when in a locked position rotation of the outside handle causes corresponding rotation of the inside handle and when in an unlocked position the inside handle can be rotated independently of the outside handle.

Device for attaching mouthpiece to innerliner of aircraft water tank

When a cylinder portion of an innerliner is positioned inside a mouthpiece and when an upper mold and a lower mold are brought together, a projection portion is provided on an outer circumferential member of the lower mold that closes a gap between a section of an upper mold side positioning outer circumferential surface following on from an inner circumferential end of an outer abutting surface and a portion of the innerliner where an inner circumferential surface abuts. As a result, the portion of the innerliner that is thermally deformed is prevented from being displaced radially inward of the mouthpiece along a first annular surface.

Bulk material handling system for reduced dust, noise, and emissions

In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, systems and methods for handling bulk material in a manner that reduces dust, noise, and emissions are provided. The presently disclosed techniques use portable containers to transfer bulk material from a transportation unit to a blender inlet. The containers may be carried to the location on the transportation unit, where a hoisting mechanism is used to remove the container from the transportation unit and place it in a desired location. When bulk material is needed at the blender inlet, the hoisting mechanism may position the container of bulk material onto an elevated support structure. Once on the support structure, the container may be opened to release bulk material to a gravity feed outlet, which routes the bulk material from the container directly into the blender inlet. The disclosed containerized bulk material transfer system and method allows for reduced dust, noise, and emissions on location.
