THC BEVERAGE PREPARATION APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
The invention comprises a method and apparatus for holding a Cannabis product, such as a THC containing beverage, comprising the steps of: preparing a concentrated emulsion of tetrahydrocannabinol with a concentration exceeding two thousand milligrams per twelve ounces; diluting the concentrated emulsion in a bright tank to yield a diluted emulsion comprising: (1) a tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of less than two hundred milligrams per twelve ounces and (2) a solution with a viscosity of less than twenty millipascal-seconds; and then pumping the diluted emulsion from the bright tank to a cavity of a beverage container, such as where the diluted emulsion comprises a mean micelle diameter greater than 600 nm.
Wine bottle with cork retainer and re-use features
A wine bottle is provided with a punt at a lower end which includes a cork retainer therein. A cork can thus be stored within the cork retainer. In one embodiment, the cork retainer includes two retainer surfaces which are opposing each other horizontally, and spaced apart by a length similar to opposing portions of the cork to allow the cork to fit tightly between these retainer surfaces. Space above the retainer surfaces can hold a foil wrap with the cork within the cork retainer and holding the foil wrap in place. Full re-use of the bottle is thus facilitated. In one embodiment, the bottle has an octagonal shape so that multiple bottles can be shipped together and placed adjacent each other with flat surfaces distributing loads therebetween, without forces concentrated at points thereof, and to keep the bottles in good shape for washing, refilling and re-use.
Modular reusable shipping crate
A system, method, and device for shipping, transporting, storing, and managing logistics of a variety of cargo. A crate is disclosed that allows for easy and inexpensive return shipment (reverse logistics) after use through a collapsible, interlocking system of a pallet base, foldable side wall assemblies, and a lid that can be removably connected to one another. The crate can utilize guide protrusions and corresponding guide recesses to fit the components together. The height of the crate can be increased by additional tiers of side walls. Latch assemblies can be utilized to fasten adjacent components together. The crate may include a tracking or monitoring device that can monitor one or more of humidity, temperature, tilt, impact, vibration, and variety of desired conditions. The system may include Bluetooth beacons on each of the components and a Bluetooth sensor in the monitoring device in the pallet base to monitor disassembled components.
TAMPER RESISTANT CONTAINERS FOR FOOD AND OTHER ITEMS
A container, comprising a body having a closed lower portion, a middle portion adapted for storing contents, and a closeable open upper portion; and an item, such as a strip of paper, adapted to cooperate with the closeable open upper portion, wherein the item includes identifying indicia regarding the stored contents, and wherein the item cooperates with the closeable upper portion to make the closeable upper portion tamper-resistant after closure thereof.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INCORPORATING LABELS AND THE LIKE WITH EXPANDABLE SLIT SHEET MATERIAL WRAP
According to some embodiments, systems and methods for applying labeling or indicia upon expandable slit sheet cushioning material is provided, including, in some examples, a) providing one or more unslit region within the expandable slit sheet material, b) providing one or more label or the like that is adhered or connected to a region of the expandable slit sheet material, and/or c) providing an over-layer sheet around the expandable slit sheet material.
CONSUMER PRODUCT AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM
An insert having machine-readable code, including systems for producing the inserts and systems for reading the machine-readable code and transmitting/obtaining the information, is considered. The machine-readable code, which is optically readable by a device, is printed onto the insert, which is sized and shaped to be inserted into a container. A device can read the machine-readable code, such as by an optical reader. After reading the machine-readable code, the device can obtain information related to a consumer product to which the machine-readable code is related via an application which requests the information from a server or from memory within the device.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PACKAGING PRODUCTS
Customized boxes for packaging one or more items therein can have item placement indicia printed, applied, or projected thereon. The boxes can include a plurality of side wall panels and a plurality of flaps extending from the plurality of sidewall panels. The plurality of flaps can be configured to form top and bottom surfaces of the customized boxes. The item placement indicia can be printed, applied, or projected on an interior surface of one or more of the side wall panels. The item placement indicia represent desired placements for the one or more items to be packaged in the customized boxes.
Administration and dosage of diaminophenothiazines
The invention provides novel regimens for treatment of neurodegenerative disorders utilising methylthioninium (MT)-containing compounds. The regimens are based on novel findings in relation to the dosage of MT compounds, and their interaction with symptomatic treatments based on modulation of acetylcholinesterase levels.
Reclosable multi-article confectionary product packaging and methods with multi-layer graphic branding
A reclosable hard shell transparent container for a confectionary product includes an inner graphic branding element extending interior to the receptacle, an outer graphic branding element extending exterior to the receptacle, and overwrap layer that collectively provide visually superimposed branding graphics to provide visually distinct packages utilizing the same container. The inner graphic layer facilitates a subassembly of the confectionary products for ease of loading the confectionary product in the container.
STORAGE AND DISPLAY ASSEMBLY FOR A SHAVING RAZOR SYSTEM
A storage and display assembly for a shaving razor system. The assembly comprising has a case with a top portion and a bottom portion. The top and bottom portions being coupled together so as to be movable relative to one another between a closed position and an open position. The top and bottom portions, when in the closed position, define an inner cavity sized to receive the shaving razor system. A securement cover associated with the top and bottom portions to maintain the top and bottom portions in the to be moved to the open position. The securement cover comprises at least one of product indicia closed position. The securement cover being removable from the case to allow the top and bottom portions or product imagery.
