Container with fill gauge
A container to hold contents therein is described with a gauge to indicate the level of contents in the container. The container can be a prescription container to store capsules, tablets, pills and the like. A label is affixed outside the container and is substantially opaque such that the interior is not visible through the label. The label including a vertical, transparent viewing window to see past the label, through the container wall to view the contents therein. The label includes indicia and indicators adjacent the window to indicate a time remaining for the supply of contents in the container or other characteristics of the contents. The time remaining can be calculated by the container volume and characteristics of the contents.
LIQUID SUPPLY SYSTEM
A liquid supply system includes a suction lance (6) configured to be inserted into a liquid container (14) and at least one level sensor (10, 12) fixed on the lance (6) and configured to detect a liquid level (22) inside a liquid container (14). A control device (4) is connected to the level sensor (10, 12) and configured to determine a rate of change of the liquid level (22) detected by the at least one level sensor (10, 12) and to detect a lance removal if the rate of change reaches or exceeds a predefined threshold. A method for detecting the removal of a suction lance (6) from a liquid container (14) is provided.
STORAGE CONTAINER SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A container system or apparatus is provided which includes a main container having a bottom wall and a plurality of sidewalls integrally connected to the bottom wall, the bottom wall and sidewalls having an interior face defining a first interior holding area, a sub-container having a bottom wall and a plurality of sidewalls integrally connected to the bottom wall, the bottom wall of the sub-container and the sidewalls of the sub-container having an interior face defining a second interior holding area, and a lid formed to removably mate with a top portion of the sub-container to enclose the second interior holding area, the lid and the sub-container forming a structure formed to removably mate with a top portion of the main container to enclose the first interior holding area.
FUEL STORAGE CONTAINER
A fuel storage container. There is a container body having a sloped first container floor and container wall coupled; a divider removably disposed within the body, configured to divide the container body into a plurality of compartments; a level sensor coupled to an interior of the container wall and configured to sense cooking fuel; a display device in functional communication with the level sensor such that information from the level sensor is displayed on the display device; an aperture disposed through the container wall; and a perforated screen disposed between an interior region of the container body and the aperture such that cooking fuel disposed within the interior region passes through the screen before exiting the aperture.
Dual compartment shaker bottle
The claimed invention relates to bottles used by exercise enthusiasts for carrying liquids, solids and/or powdered nutritional supplements with liquids for mixing said supplements. Exercise aficionados consume a variety of hydrating liquids, nutritional supplements mixed with liquids or solid food items before, during and after their exercise periods. People who exercise use a variety of bottles including shakers, squeeze and water bottles to hold and consume their liquids, foods and supplements during their workouts. The present invention is an improved dual compartment shaker bottle for various nutritional supplements, liquids and combinations thereof. The dual compartments allow the user to carry two different liquids, nutritional supplements, combinations of liquids and supplements or solids for use before, during and after their workout. They no longer need two or more shaker bottles to accomplish this. Further, the claimed invention includes two compartment tops that securely attach to the bottle with a screw on and off mechanism and provide openings to consume the contents of each chamber. Each chamber is designed with curved closed end without corners/angles that cause clumping and reduced dissolving of supplements. The disclosed invention has attachment clips at each end to assist the user in carrying the bottle in a number of places. Further, the side of the bottle is ribbed for easy gripping. To assist the user in assessing the volume of material in each compartment, a measuring scale is included along the length of each compartment. A double wall exterior is disclosed to provide insulation to maintain the temperature of the materials in each compartment.
Method of injection molding preform
A method of injection molding a test tube-shaped preform for biaxial stretch blow molding includes supplying a major material resin from outer and inner flow paths to a combined flow path for a predetermined time and rate. For a period of time within a range of the predetermined time period during which the major material resin is supplied, the intermediate layer resin is simultaneously supplied from the middle flow path to the combined flow path at a second predetermined supplying rate. A columnar laminated molten resin is injected into a cavity of a metal mold connected to a tip of the nozzle through a gate to fill the cavity, the columnar laminated molten resin being composed of the major material resin and the intermediate layer resin formed in the major material resin in a laminated manner that are combined into a columnar shape at the combined flow path.
Non-invasive attachable smart device housing and smart device methods and systems for beverage containers
Disclosed is a smart device housing configured to fixably attach to a beverage vessel having a domed surface at a distal end, the domed surface adjacent a wall terminating at a lip, the smart device housing including an exterior configured as a transformable shape enabling a locking fit between the lip and the domed surface of the beverage vessel. Also disclosed is a system wherein a smart device has at least one proximity, image or distance sensor having a beam of detection with a path, the sensor located and directed such the beam of detection covers a location where a coupler can be attached to the beverage vessel, the smart device configured to determine whether the coupler is attached to the beverage vessel by measuring whether the path is obstructed by the coupler. Also disclosed is a method of determining the fill status of a beverage container.
Liquid storage container
Disclosed is a liquid storage container which has an inspection window to check the completely filled state of the liquid storage container with a liquid injected thereinto and inhibit occurrence of a detection error of an optical concentration sensor due to light flowing into the liquid storage container through the inspection window.
