A non-spill drinking cup system includes a container; a lid assembly that is removably attachable to the container, comprising an aperture; and a drinking tube, wherein the drinking tube extends through the aperture, the drinking tube including an open end, a closed end, and a side wall; and a drinking valve, wherein the drinking valve includes at least one elongate slit disposed within the side wall.

A bin assembly includes a container and a pallet. The container has a base and sidewalls that extend upwardly and outwardly from the base. The base includes a centrally disposed alignment means and at least one spaced apart locking portion. A package with an aroma detection feature. The package is an air tight container that includes a primary passageway container aperture and a secondary container aperture. The primary container aperture is a standard closure device for allowing a person to have access to the material stored within the container. The secondary aperture includes an air tight closure that can be opened by a user to have access to the aroma of the material contained within the container and then closed again in an air tight manner. The secondary container aperture includes a push button that when pushed by a user allows access to the aroma of the material contained in the container and when the button is released the secondary aperture returns to an air tight closed position.

A container for dispensing a liquid that includes a body, a closure, and an overcap. The body includes an interior storage volume, a neck finish on a first wall of the body, and a protrusion on a second wall of the body. The neck finish defined outlet through the first wall for dispensing the liquid. The closure for sealing the outlet and coupled to the neck finish. The overcap is removably coupled to the closure and includes a first end including a recess configured to receive a portion of the closure when the overcap is coupled to the closure and a second end including a shield defining a shield recess and a piercer. The shield is configured is configured to at least partially surround the protrusion of the body such that the piercer pierces the protrusion to create a vent opening when the shield at least partially surrounds the protrusion.

A cartridge for a dispensing device contains at least one elongate film pouch, which is inherently non-rigid and which has a chamber for receiving a composition. The cartridge also contains a head part for interacting with the film pouch. The film pouch has an opening on a side facing the head part, which is closed by a cover. The cover has a predetermined breaking region. A method can be used for producing such a cartridge.

The present invention has the advantage of allowing a user to establish or release a seal between a container and a container lid with a single touch through a seal packing made of an elastic material and having a simple structure.

According to at least one exemplary embodiment, optimized packaging may be provided. Optimized packaging may be used, for example, as packaging for leafy green products, produce, or other food items. The optimized packaging may have a frame element and one or more film surfaces.

A dispenser for substances includes an outer shell with a deformable outer wall which encloses the deformable container arrangement and at least one balancing valve for balancing air, wherein an air filled intermediary gap is located between the outer wall and the container arrangement and the dispenser is configured to dispense substances after pressure loading the outer shell, wherein the container arrangement includes at least two containers and a common dispensing head are connected with each other pressure tight in at least one portion, and wherein at least one of the containers includes self-closing filling valves which are configured to be openable by pressure during filling the at least two containers.

In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods provided herein are useful for dispensing a fluid, such as a thixotropic fluid. In some embodiments, a bottle having a closure cap includes a flip top, a base, and a disk, where the base and disk define a mixing chamber configured to facilitate mixing of any serum or liquid separated from the fluid back therein. In some configurations, the base has a central opening through which the fluid exits and an internal shaft with a non-planar end surface opposite the central opening. In some configurations, the non-planar end surface and the disk define channels between the mixing chamber and the internal shaft. In some embodiments, the disk includes a central opening, a plurality of partial annular openings through a planar surface of the disk, and projections extending into the mixing chamber.
