MODULAR CARGO SYSTEM
20220097907 · 2022-03-31 ·

A system for palletizing cargo includes a number of components that may be combined to produce an assembled pallet of cargo. A pallet base provides a cargo area where a payload may be stacked. The pallet base includes protective features such as feet that raise the payload above surface level, bumpers that prevent and absorb impacts to the pallet base, and a rim that encircles the cargo area. A pallet top is placed on top of the payload, opposite the pallet base, and a set of straps are used to connect the pallet base to the pallet top and friction fit the payload therebetween. Each of the base and top include a series of holes and spacers that allow airflow to pass around the bottom and top of the payload, while the bumpers allow airflow around the sides, even when the assembled pallets are surrounded by other cargo.

Central support device for supporting plate-shaped object and storage apparatus for storing plate-shaped object

A central support device for supporting plate-shaped objects and a storage apparatus for storing the plate-shaped objects are provided and adapted to regulate the heights of support elements and confine front ends thereof to a specified range. The central support device includes a casing, the support elements and height adjustment elements. Partition portions each having a dent portions are disposed at the casing and arranged in the heightwise direction, with a support element receiving slot defined between every two adjacent partition portions. Bottom sides of the dent portions slope in the heightwise direction. One end of each support element is connected to a bottom portion of a corresponding support element receiving slot. The height adjustment elements are disposed in the dent portions, respectively, and extend in the heightwise direction to form top ends for supporting the support elements. The storage apparatus also includes the central support device.

Container, closure, and methods for manufacture

In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods provided herein are useful for dispensing a fluid, such as a thixotropic fluid. In some embodiments, a bottle having a closure cap includes a flip top, a base, and a disk, where the base and disk define a mixing chamber configured to facilitate mixing of any serum or liquid separated from the fluid back therein. In some configurations, the base has a central opening through which the fluid exits and an internal shaft with a non-planar end surface opposite the central opening. In some configurations, the non-planar end surface and the disk define channels between the mixing chamber and the internal shaft. In some embodiments, the disk includes a central opening, a plurality of partial annular openings through a planar surface of the disk, and projections extending into the mixing chamber.

MODULARIZED LARGE-SIZED CARRIER

A modularized large-sized carrier includes at least two body modules, at least one hermetic seal component and a back board. The body modules are connected to each other peripherally and arranged in a depth direction. The hermetic seal component surrounds junctions of the body modules. The back board is disposed behind the last one of the body modules. The modularized large-sized carrier overcomes existing carrier size limitations otherwise caused by injection molding machines and continuously expands in the depth direction to thereby enlarge the airtight storage space of the carrier.

SUPPORTING SHELF MODULE AND WAFER CONTAINER USING SAME

A supporting shelf module includes a plurality of plastic supporting plates parallelly arranged in a height direction, and at least one pair of metal-made connectors located at two opposite ends of the supporting plates in the height direction. The connectors in one pair are correspondingly located in two horizontal planes perpendicular to the height direction. A wafer container is also disclosed, which includes a container body having at least two sets of the supporting shelf modules mounted therein, at least two top retaining brackets and at least two bottom retaining grooves provided on an inward side of a top and a bottom panel of the container body, respectively. The supporting shelf module has upper ends engaged with the top retaining brackets and lower ends engaged with and limited to the bottom retaining grooves in an engaging direction. Thus, the tolerance problem of the conventional wafer shelf can be solved.

SUBSTRATE CONTAINER WITH ENHANCED FLOW FIELD THEREIN

A substrate container with enhanced flow field therein includes a box, at least one offset inflation mechanism and at least one gas diffusion mechanism. The offset inflation mechanism is disposed outside internal receiving space of the box. The offset inflation mechanism has a gaseous chamber extending in the same direction as a bottom panel. The gas diffusion mechanism includes a base, a partition wall and at least one diffusion member. The base masks an outlet of the gaseous chamber to form an auxiliary gaseous chamber. The partition wall extends perpendicularly to the bottom panel to form a vertical first gas channel in communication with the auxiliary gaseous chamber. The diffusion member and the partition wall together define a second gas channel. The partition wall has at least one gap whereby the first gas channel and the second gas channel are in communication with each other.

MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE PACKAGING CONTAINERS

A modified atmosphere container is provided. The container contains a body for receiving a product, a lid configured to provide a seal with a body opening, and a cartridge having a defined internal space. An active agent for preserving the freshness of the product may be disposed within the cartridge.

FLEXIBLE BAG DISPENSING CONTAINER WITH VENTS

A flexible bag dispenser includes a port configured to transfer a liquid material, a seal that seals the flexible bag dispenser so as to prevent the liquid material from discharging through the seal, and at least one vent configured to permit gases entrapped in an interior space of the flexible bag dispenser to discharge therethrough to the exterior of the flexible bag dispenser. An inner surface defining the vent may be tapered. An inner edge of the seal may be tapered toward the first end of the flexible bag dispensing container. The vent may be defined by a malleable tube disposed in the seal or by a bleeder valve. A method of forming a flexible bag dispenser according to one example includes sealing a flexible bag of the flexible bag dispenser and forming at least one vent in the seal.

SEAL ARRANGEMENT FOR A CONTAINER CLOSURE

The base member is configured for attachment to an associated liquid container and includes abase wall having drinking and venting openings. The cover member is removably connected to the base member and includes a cover wall having drinking and venting apertures in selective registry with the respective drinking and venting openings. The gasket is interposed between the base member and the cover member and has an upper surface facing the cover member. The upper surface integrally defines a first seal member surrounding the drinking aperture and a second seal member surrounding the venting aperture. Each of the first seal member and the second seal member is substantially frustoconical shaped and is adapted to flex outwardly into engagement with the cover member in response to an increase in pressure within the associated container.
