PACKAGE WITH CHILD-SAFETY CLOSURE
A child-resistant package includes a vial and a closure configured to mount on the vial to cover a mouth opening into a product-storage chamber of the vial. A child-resistant feature cooperates with the closure and the vial to block unwanted removal of the closure from the vial.
CONTAINER HAVING OUTER SLEEVE AND INNER SLIDE WITH LOCKING MECHANISM
A container (1) for consumer goods, the container comprising: an outer sleeve (20) and an inner slide (50) disposed within the outer sleeve (20), the inner slide (50) at least partially enclosing an interior space for housing consumer goods. The inner slide (50) is slidable with respect to the outer sleeve (20) between: a first position, in which the interior space of the inner slide (50) cannot be accessed by a user; and a second position, in which the interior space of the inner slide (50) can be accessed by a user. When the inner slide (50) is in the first position in the outer sleeve (20), an edge of an inner slide engagement flap (59) is configured to engage with a corresponding engaging element (31) on an outer sleeve wall, to form a locking mechanism for preventing the inner slide (50) from sliding from the first position to the second position.
TAMPER-EVIDENT PACKAGE, IN PARTICULAR CHILD-PROOF PACKAGE
A tamper-evident package, in particular child-proof package, having an outer package and having an inner package, wherein the inner package is at least partially received in the outer package, and wherein the inner package for opening and closing the package is disposed so as to be displaceable in the outer package, and wherein the package as an anti-tamper feature has at least one securing means for impeding or preventing the opening of the package, or the access to the products disposed in the inner package. The at least one securing means is effective between the inner package and the outer package so as to impede or prevent the inner package being displaced in the outer package in order for the package to be opened.
CHILD-RESISTANT CONTAINER FOR TOBACCO-CONTAINING PRODUCTS
The present disclosure relates to child-resistant containers and methods of making same for oral products made or derived from tobacco, incorporate tobacco, or may be tobacco-free and are intended for human consumption.
CONTAINER SYSTEM WITH A REMOVABLE CAP
Storage and dispensing systems are provided. In various embodiments, systems of the present disclosure provide safety feature to prevent or limit the risk of a child or minor opening the system. Embodiments of the present disclosure further comprise novel cap and closure arrangements including, for example, features that are operable to automatically load or fill a pipette of the system.
Flow gate pour closure
A flow gate pour closure for regulated dispersal of a flowing content from a container comprises a closure body and a sliding gate with a depressible tab. The closure body has a principal aperture aligned with a principal opening of the container to allow for the content to flow therethrough. The sliding gate is translatable through a gate exit aperture of the closure body within the gate track to block the principal aperture and prevent the content from flowing or to expose the principal aperture to partially or completely allow the content to flow at a variable flow rate. The sliding gate is translatable reciprocally back along the slide track to re-block the principal aperture. The tab depressible partially engages the top collar when the sliding gate fully blocks the principal aperture and is arranged so that depressing the tab enables sliding gate movement through the gate exit aperture.
CHILD-RESISTANT CONTAINER AND CLOSURE
A child-resistant container and closure, wherein the container includes a base and an upstanding wall defining an inner volume of the container. The container has an open top for gaining access to the inner volume of the container. A cylindrical neck extends upwards from a periphery of the open top of the container. An outer surface of the neck has elongated L-shaped grooves each of which has a bump. A skirt of the closure has protrusions to engage with the elongated grooves for securing the closure to the container. The protrusions are slidably received within the elongated grooves, and the bump offers predetermined resistance to the respective protrusions. Such resistance is overcome by applying predetermined amount of torque to the closure, wherein a child does not have such strength to apply the predetermined amount of torque but an adult has.
Container with latch
A container assembly includes a first portion including a first latch portion; and a second portion including a second latch portion. The first and second portions are configured to be movable between an open configuration and a closed configuration, and the first and second latch portions are configured to releasably engage in the closed configuration. The first and second latch portions are configured to engage the first and second container portions together in the closed configuration to define an internal compartment. The second latch portion includes a latch cage defining a chamber configured to receive a portion of the first latch portion in the closed configuration.
Selectively openable closure for a container
A closure for a container, and more specifically a closure that is selectively openable and/or lockable providing, for example, one or more child resistant opening features is disclosed.
Childproof container closure
The invention relates to a container closure, for a container (1) having a storage space (6) for accommodating goods to be packaged, wherein said container closure comprises a section (3) situated adjacent to the container and in which a discharge opening (16) for the goods to be packaged is formed, said container closure having a lid (4) for the purpose of closing said discharge opening (16), said lid (4) being connected via a hinge (5) to said section (3) situated adjacent to the container, said container closure further comprising a child safety device (7). The invention is characterized in that the section (3) situated adjacent to the container forms a chamber (12), which is separate from the storage space (6) and that said child safety device (7) is disposed in the chamber (12) at least when the lid (4) is in a closed position.
