Tamper Evident Flip Cap
20210078773 · 2021-03-18 ·

A closure includes a flip-top structure and a tamper-evident band. The flip-top structure is restricted from being opened because it interfaces against an underlying protrusion, such as a thread of a container's neck. To open the flip-top structure the closure is rotated with respect to the container neck. When the closure is rotated with respect to the container neck, the closure is configured such that the tamper-evident band breaks before the flip-top structure is permitted to rotate to an open position. Thus, the closure prevents accessing the container's contents until after the tamper-evident band is broken even with the addition of a flip-top structure.

DISPENSER PACKAGE WITH FLIP-UP LID AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME

The invention provides for a dispenser package comprising a generally cylindrical container body and a cap removably mounted to the container body. The cap comprises a generally cylindrical cap body securable to an upper end of the container body. The cap body comprises a generally circular projecting portion having an outer circumferential surface and an upper surface that includes plural dispensing openings. A generally circular flip-up lid is connected to the cap body by a living hinge and being movable between a covering position and an open position.

OUTER CAP FOR A CHILD-RESISTANT CLOSURE, CHILD-RESISTANT CLOSURE, CONTAINER WITH SUCH CLOSURE AND ITS USE
20200385182 · 2020-12-10 ·

A child-resistant closure for a container with an outer screw thread opening, including an outer cap with a first sidewall and a first top wall and an inner cap with a second sidewall and a second top wall, the inner cap being coaxially nested within the outer cap and being provided with an inner thread to screw the inner cap onto the container. The outer cap and the inner cap include a first cooperating engagement means, and a second cooperating engagement means wherein the second cooperating engagement means includes a plurality of strip-like elastic members wherein each strip-like elastic member is inclined relative to the first top wall and includes a reinforcing element arranged between the first or second top wall and the strip-like elastic member connected thereto.

Child resistant and airtight container

Disclosed herein are modular container systems having child-resistant containers, tray inserts and tray frames. Also disclosed are methods using the modular container systems and methods of storing substances in containers. The containers have a container base and a container cap and provide for child-resistant containers. A user can releasably remove the container cap from container base with a squeeze and lift sequence. For example, the user squeezes opposite sides of the container base, which releases a locking mechanism and allows for removal of the cap by lifting or pulling the container cap off from the container base. The components of the modular container system are modular and stackable. The modular system allow for organized, efficient, accessible and storage of the child-resistant containers. The modular container system also allows for easy counting, sorting and processing of the containers.

CAP FOR CLOSING AN OPENING OF A CONTAINER

It is provided a cap (10) for closing an opening (41) of a container (30), comprising a mainly tubular skirt (12), wherein the skirt (12) comprises a bayonet notch (26) for guiding a pin (28) of the container (30), wherein the skirt (12) comprises a guiding rim (38) running in axial direction and in circumferential direction towards the bayonet notch (26) for guiding the pin (28) of the container (30) into the bayonet notch (26). When the cap (10) is mounted to the container (30), the pin (28) may slide along the guiding rim (38) towards the bayonet notch (26) even at an originally significant displacement in circumferential direction, so that a facilitated mounting of a cap (10) to a container (30) with a bayonet mount is enabled.

Removable end cap

A cardboard box having removable endcaps which slide into an enclosure formed from a single piece of cardboard having opposing endrails secured thereto. The endrails have a captive endrail groove for engaging the sides of the endcaps.

SPOUT WITH FINAL ZONE
20200216248 · 2020-07-09 ·

A spout for a container, wherein the spout includes a spout body and a spout counterpart. The spout body has a first zone, and the spout counterpart has a final zone. In the final position of the spout, an outlet opening arranged on the spout is open, providing a liquid communication through the spout body to and through the outlet opening. The final zone features a first subzone and a second subzone, arranged free of mutual overlap, allowing the spout to be arranged in its final position in two different configurations: a first configuration of the final position, where a reference subzone of the first zone is arranged to physically interact with the first subzone, and a second configuration of the final position, where the reference subzone is arranged to physically interact with the second subzone.

CONTAINER ASSEMBLY WITH LOCKING CLOSURE

A container assembly comprising a container and a closure. The container includes a body defining a storage chamber and a neck. The neck extends away from the body and defines an open mouth providing access to the storage chamber. The neck further defines an exterior surface and at least two latching protrusions extending radially outwardly from the exterior surface. The closure includes a top wall, a cylindrical wall extending downwardly from the top wall, a first lug extending radially inwardly from the cylindrical wall, and a second lug extending radially inwardly from the cylindrical wall. A top surface of the first lug and a top surface of the second lug are each positioned a substantially identical distance away from the top wall and the first lug and the second lug are each configured to selectively lock with a common one of the at least two latching protrusions.

Plastic bottle, in particular toilet cleanser bottle, and attachment and bottle container for such a plastic bottle
10689168 · 2020-06-23 · ·

A plastic bottle, in particular a toilet cleanser bottle, has a bottle container, preferably formed by blow-molding, with a bottle neck and an angled attachment. The attachment is snapped onto the bottle neck in a direction of placement. The bottle neck has a first snap connection element and the attachment has a second snap connection element. In order to ensure a defined angular orientation between the angled attachment and the bottle container, an anti-rotation lock is formed between the attachment and the bottle neck, in particular between the two snap connection elements. To this end, preferably the snap connection elements engage positively with one another by way of toothings. Alternatively, an elevation having recesses is formed on a bottle shoulder for ensuring the anti-rotation lock.
