Removable Sanitary Film for Disposable Cup Lids
20190202610 · 2019-07-04 ·

A removable annular food safe barrier film with anterior oriented pull-tab and posterior oriented tab adapted to sealingly engage, conform and adhere to the top wall surface of a disposable molded plastic cup lid when properly placed thereon by means of a low cohesive or repositionable food safe adhesive. The primary purpose of this barrier film invention is to prevent or minimize bacterial or pathogen cross contamination of the top wall surface of disposable cup lids of the drink through type by means of direct contact with unprotected, contaminated, unclean or unsanitary human hands. Cross contamination is most likely to occur during the process of affixing a disposable cup lid to a disposable cup by commercial retail foodservice personnel.

Dispensing apparatus, dispensing system and method of dispensing

A dispensing apparatus includes a body, two inlets for flowable masses and two outlets through which the flowable masses can be dispensed, with one inlet being connected to one outlet and the other inlet being connected to the other outlet through the body. The two inlets are spaced apart from one another by a first spacing and the two outlets are spaced apart from one another by a second spacing, and with the second spacing being larger than the first spacing. A connection ring engages the body and is pre-mounted to the body. The dispensing apparatus is configured to be non-releasably connected to a two-component cartridge via the connection ring for the supply of the flowable masses to the inlets.

The current invention is a bottle like a water bottle or baby bottle that can be broken up into pieces. It has top and bottom pieces with threads with a middle section separates into two or more sides that separate. The sides are arced and are connected at the edges. When the sides are connected they form a cylinder. The sides have threads on the top and bottom. The bottom screws on the bottom on the cylinder. The top has a spout and screws on the top of the cylinder.

Packaging system and use thereof

The packaging system according to the invention comprises a container (1), which includes a neck (2) defining an axis (X-X), and a stopper (10) for closing the neck, which includes a skirt (12) adapted to be fastened removably around the neck. In order to quickly and easily check that the stopper is positioned correctly on the neck when the container is closed, the invention provides means for visually checking that the system is in a closed configuration, predetermined afterwards by applying a preset stress for having the skirt cooperate with the neck, said means comprise both: first indicators (20, 22) of the angular position around the axis between the neck and the skirt, said first indicators being respectively borne by the neck and the skirt and being designed to be arranged with an angular spacing between them which is substantially equal to a first predetermined value when the packaging system is in the closed configuration, and second indicators (21, 23) of the position along the axis between the skirt and the neck, said second indicators being separate from the first indicators, borne respectively by the neck and by the skirt, and designed to be arranged parallel to each other with an axial spacing () between them which is below a second predetermined value when the packaging system is in the closed configuration.

Tamper-Evident Closing Element And Receiving Structure

A combination of a closing element (28) and a receiving structure (24) is provided wherein the closing element (28) and receiving structure (24) are in an initially assembled orientation which prevents, but which can be subsequently operated to permit, communication through the receiving structure (24). The receiving structure (24) includes at least one laterally projecting shear member (40) and a spout (30) defining (A) an access passage (32). The closing element (28) has an aperture (78) for receiving a shear member (40) of the receiving structure (24). At least one frangible bridge (78) extends across a portion of the aperture (74) for being severed by the shear member (40) during relative rotation between the closing element (28) and the receiving structure (24).

Multi-compartment container with ball detent lid closure and stoppage feature
12043453 · 2024-07-23 · ·

The present invention relates to a container with multiple compartments arranged in a linear pattern between four container walls. A lid may be configured at a container top. The lid may be closed to conceal all the compartments. The lid may be opened to expose the compartments. The lid may be partially opened to expose some of the compartments and conceal some of the compartments. The lid may slide along the container top parallel to a container bottom. The container may have a ball detent wherein a spring biases a ball towards the container top whereby a protruding ball portion of the ball is received by a ball detent receiver configured in a lid bottom. As the lid slides along the container top, the protruding ball portion may enter divots of the ball detent receiver, thereby stopping the lid at multiple partially closed positions.

A closure combination (101) comprising a dispensing closure body (102) and a container neck (103). The dispensing closure body (102) and container neck (103) comprise co-operable screw threads (104, 105) that allow the dispensing closure body (102) to be screwed onto the container neck (103) into an engaged condition. The co-operable screw threads (104, 105) prevent the dispensing closure body (102) from being unscrewed from the container neck (103) after the dispensing closure body (102) has been screwed onto the container neck (103) into a locked condition. A dispensing closure body (102) comprising an internal screw thread (10) that comprises a reversed-thread run out portion (107). A container with a container neck (103) comprising an external screw thread (105) that comprises a reversed-thread run out portion (108). A method of providing a tamper-resistance container closure combination (101).

Container and Method of Forming a Container

An insulating container assembly can be configured to retain beverages and/or foods. The insulated container can include one of a plurality of container projections or grooves. A lid assembly can include one of a plurality of skirt grooves or projections, corresponding to the plurality of container projections or grooves of the insulated container. The lid assembly may be configured to lock in place on the container by engaging the plurality of skirt grooves or projections with the container grooves or projections when in the locked position.

CHILD RESISTANT AND AIRTIGHT CONTAINER

Disclosed herein are modular container systems having child-resistant containers, tray inserts and tray frames. Also disclosed are methods using the modular container systems and methods of storing substances in containers. The containers have a container base and a container cap and provide for child-resistant containers. A user can releasably remove the container cap from container base with a squeeze and lift sequence. For example, the user squeezes opposite sides of the container base, which releases a locking mechanism and allows for removal of the cap by lifting or pulling the container cap off from the container base. The components of the modular container system are modular and stackable. The modular system allow for organized, efficient, accessible and storage of the child-resistant containers. The modular container system also allows for easy counting, sorting and processing of the containers.
