Electro-orthodontic device
An electro-orthodontic appliance is provided that helps accelerate orthodontic tooth movement through the application of a controlled electrical current to gum and teeth, thus stimulating osteogenesis.
LINGUAL ORTHODONTIC APPLIANCE WITH REMOVABLE SECTION
An aesthetic, partially removable orthodontic appliance is described, including a polymeric body that conforms to the lingual soft tissue and at least one wire member extending from the polymeric body. Each wire member releasably engages with a respective anchor that is, in turn, connected to the lingual surface of a respective tooth when the polymeric body is moved in a generally gingival direction into abutting relationship with the lingual soft tissue. Other features of the appliance include self-guiding magnetic couplings and couplings based on interlocking mechanical structures that provide releasable engagement between the removable section and the anchors, as well as related methods for making and using the same.
CORRECTION DEVICE
An orthodontic appliance can easily achieve and ensure movement of correction target tooth row in a desired direction and achieve highly predictable treatment is provided while anchorage is satisfactorily ensured. A correction device includes a grip member formed to fit to an inner shape of an oral cavity of a patient so as to grip and cover a tooth row, gum parts, and alveolar bone parts of the patient. The correction device includes a first piece 20 covering an area extending from a crown part to a periphery of a cervical part of a correction target tooth and a second piece included in the grip member. The correction device further includes a force applying member 30 provided to connect the first piece 20 to the second piece 10 and configured to move the correction target tooth in a desired direction.
Orthodontic Retention Components, Kit and System
An orthodontic retention system includes a fixed component that remains on teeth and a component that attaches to this fixed component. The fixed component and the component have mating or interlocking parts. The component that mates with the fixed component can be removable. The component that mates with the fixed component can be adjustable. The retention system also can include magnetic retention components to retain the removable component with respect to one or more teeth. The retention system also can include an element that replaces as tooth.
MAGNETIC TRACTION DEVICE FOR IMPACTED TOOTH
A magnetic traction device for impacted tooth, comprising a first magnetic component fixed to a normal tooth and a second magnetic component fixed to an impacted tooth. There is an attractive magnetic force between the first and second magnetic components, thereby pulling the impacted tooth toward the direction of the normal tooth where the first magnetic component is located.

Other features of the appliance include self-guiding magnetic couplings and couplings based on interlocking mechanical structures that provide releasable engagement between the removable section and the anchors, as well as related methods for making and using the same.
MAGNETIC TRACTION DEVICE FOR IMPACTED TOOTH AND A METHOD FOR INSTALLING THE SAME
A magnetic traction device for impacted tooth, comprising a first magnetic component fixed to a normal tooth and a second magnetic component fixed to an impacted tooth. There is an attractive magnetic force between the first and second magnetic components, thereby pulling the impacted tooth toward the direction of the normal tooth where the first magnetic component is located.
Micro-magnetic invisible orthodontic appliance
A micro-magnetic invisible orthodontic appliance is provided. The micro-magnetic invisible orthodontic appliance includes a bottom brace (1), an outer periodontal brace (2) and an inner periodontal brace (3). The bottom brace (1), the outer periodontal brace (2) and the inner periodontal brace (3) together form a U-shaped brace. A tooth receiving groove is defined between the outer periodontal brace (2) and the inner periodontal brace (3). The bottom brace (1), the outer periodontal brace (2) and the inner periodontal brace (3) are made from one of a polymer composite material, biological ceramic, and an interpenetrating polymer network material, dispersed with permanent magnetic neodymium-iron-boron powder, by one-piece molding or three-dimensional printing.
