Cap Assembly and Bottle Assembly
The present application provides a cap assembly and a bottle assembly. The cap assembly includes a cap, an inner cylinder assembly, an elastic member and a blocking member. The cap includes a cap top and a cap side portion. The cap side portion is formed by extending downwardly from an outer edge of the cap top, and the cap top and the cap side portion define a cap cavity. The inner cylinder assembly is connected to the cap top, is arranged in the cap cavity, and forms an annular receiving portion with the cap side portion. The elastic member is arranged in the receiving portion. The blocking member is arranged in the receiving portion below the elastic member. The cap is provided with at least one locking portion for preventing the elastic member and the blocking member from falling from the receiving portion. The cap assembly has a lower height, and gas in a bottle body cavity can be exhausted from the bottle through an exhaust passage during opening of the bottle assembly according to the present application, especially when in an exhaust state.
Cap Assembly and Bottle Assembly
The present application provides a cap assembly and a bottle assembly. The cap assembly is configured to lock a bottle. The bottle includes a bottle head having at least one lock accommodating portion and comprises a bottle body. The cap assembly includes a cap, an elastic arm and at least one lock portion. The cap defines an annular receiving portion having an opening facing downward, and the bottle head can enter the receiving portion through the opening. The elastic arm is annular and is arranged in the receiving portion. The at least one lock portion is arranged on the cap and is configured to be capable of cooperating with the at least one lock accommodating portion of the bottle head, so as to lock the cap assembly to the bottle head. When the cap assembly is locked to the bottle head, the elastic arm abuts against a top wall of the receiving portion and a top wall of the bottle head, to apply forces in opposite directions to the cap and the bottle head, so as to retain the at least one lock portion in the at least one lock accommodating portion. The cap assembly of the present application has a relatively small height, and during unlocking of the bottle assembly of the present application, gas in a bottle body cavity can be discharged from the bottle through an exhaust passage.
Push-button locking cup lid and thermos cup
A push-button locking cup lid and thermos cup, including a top lid provided with a water outlet, an inner plug provided with a steam outlet, and a double sealing valve structure mounted inside the top lid, which includes a button rod, a front spring, a rear spring, a spring mounting box fixed to the top lid, a water outlet valve rod and a steam outlet valve rod respectively configured to open or close the water outlet and the steam outlet, and respectively provided with a water sealing silicone and a steam sealing silicone; a middle part and an upper end of the button rod are respectively articulated with the top lid and the steam outlet valve rod; a slider switch is provided on a side wall of the top lid corresponding to the button rod; a blocker is provided on the slider switch to block the steam outlet valve rod.
Container closure with latching collar
The invention relates to a container closure made of plastic, comprising a lower closure part, which can be fastened to an opening of a container. Of the invention, the lower closure part has a collar, which can be inserted into the opening of the container. The at least one locking projection can be moved in the direction of a center axis of the lower closure part in a reversible elastic manner in relation to the collar. The at least one locking projection is designed in such a way that, when the at least one locking projection and an undercut shaped in the opening engage with each other, the at least one locking projection and said undercut form a lock that cannot be detached in the direction of the center axis. The collar has at least one through-hole, and the locking projection can be displaced through the through-hole.
Secure Sample Collection Bottle
A secure specimen sample bottle includes a base container for receiving a specimen. The base container has a plurality of locking protrusions formed along an inner surface of the base receptacle. A bottle includes a lock ring that has an upright spire structure that has a closed top end and the opposing open bottom end including a plurality of flexible fins that are configured to interlockingly mate with the locking protrusions so as to prevent removal of the lock ring relative to the base container upon engagement of the flexible fins to the locking protrusions. A removable cap is coupled to the lock ring.
Opener for Secure Sample Collection Bottle
A system for opening a secure specimen sample bottle includes a base having a first area and a first raised hollow portion for receiving and holding the specimen sample bottle. The first raised hollow portion has a groove formed along an outer surface thereof. The system includes a cutter for cutting a first portion of the specimen sample bottle. The cutter has a handle at a first end and a second end portion that receives the first portion of the specimen sample bottle and a blade for cutting the first portion. The second end portion has a flange with a raised rail formed along an inner surface of the flange, with the raised rail being received within the groove to couple the cutter to first raised portion during performance of a cutting operation.
Fastener with support feature for pawl component
A fastener assembly having a unique pawl design for the head portion of a fastener assembly. The fastener assembly may be a cable tie that includes a head portion having a pawl that includes a primary pawl tooth, at least one set of secondary pawl teeth, and a shelf support feature for pawl. The fastener assembly of the present invention prevent pawl roll out which is a failure that currently occurs with fastener assembly currently available in the market place.
Non-Removable Container Enclosure
An improved threaded coupling arrangement for non-removably securing an outer collar member onto an inner tubular member against removal.
Top-opening substrate carrier
A top-opening substrate carrier comprises a container body, a door member and at least one latching mechanism. The latching mechanism includes a rotary drive member, a first driven cam, a second driven cam, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, two longitudinal latching arms and two lateral latching arms. The first driven cam and the second driven cam are disposed at two sides of the rotary drive member. When the rotary drive member is rotated by force, it links and activates the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod to synchronously drive the first driven cam and the second driven cam to rotate, thereby driving the two longitudinal latching arms and the two lateral latching arms to project towards locking holes of the container body and locked, or retract from the locking holes of the container body and unlocked.
