STORAGE BOX WITH SECURABLE TRAY
Example aspects of a storage box and a method for assembling a storage box are disclosed. The storage box can comprise a sidewall enclosure, the enclosure defining a top edge and an opposing bottom edge, a fastener extending from the bottom edge, and a tray, the fastener coupling the tray to the sidewall enclosure.
Reinforced box and method of manufacturing such box
A reinforced box for containing a plurality of items to be packaged includes a bottom wall and a top wall, a pair of first side walls and a pair of second side walls. The bottom wall, the top wall and the pair of first side walls are formed from a one-piece elongate element, which extends along a longitudinal axis and is formed with transverse fold lines. The pair of second side walls consists of two separate cardboard panels, and each of the walls is formed with longitudinal creasing lines defining pairs of first and second folded side wings. The pair of second side walls is glued to the bottom wall using a respective second side wing overlapping the bottom wall to reinforce its longitudinal edges. A method of making a box with a reinforced structure is also disclosed.
BLANK FOR FORMING AN ARTICLE CARRIER
A blank (1)0 for forming an article carrier (90) has a main panel (12) which includes at least one article retention structure R1 having an aperture A1 defined in the main panel and one or more tabs formed about a periphery of the aperture in the main panel. The one or more tabs are connected to the main panel such that the tabs yield out of the plane of the main panel when an article is received in the aperture to bear against the article. The main panel includes a paperboard substrate and at least one polymeric layer.
ARTICLE CARRIER AND BLANK THEREFOR
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a nestable blank for forming a basket-style carrier. The blank comprises a plurality of panels for forming walls of the carrier, which panels include a first side panel, a second side panel and a bottom panel. The first side panel is hinged to the bottom panel and the bottom panel is asymmetrical. The bottom panel has first and second opposed end edges, and the first end edge is offset from a first end edge of the adjacent first side panel by a first distance. The second end edge of the bottom panel is offset from a second end edge of the adjacent first side panel by a second distance, and the first distance is greater than the second distance. The bottom panel also comprises a beveled corner.
Reduced-width blank for forming a carton and sheet containing such blanks
A blank for forming a carton, the blank including a first panel and a second panel adjoining the first panel along a fold line and extending in a longitudinal direction of the blank. A pair of side panels adjoins the second panel at respective fold lines. The side panels extend from the second panel in a transverse direction of the blank. The side panels each having a side panel flap adjoining at a fold line, the side panel flaps extending from the side panels in the longitudinal direction of the blank, toward the first panel. The blank further includes a third panel adjoining the second panel along a fold line and extending in the longitudinal direction of the blank. The blank further includes a fourth panel adjoining the third panel along a fold line and extending in the longitudinal direction of the blank.
SHIPPING AND DISPLAY CONTAINERS AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
A shipping and display container includes, for example, a first tray element and a second tray element, each tray element having a tray element bottom panel and a tray element back panel, a bridge element disposed between the first and second tray elements, the bridge element having a first center panel and a second center panel. The first and second center panels are accordion-foldable between a first position confronting one another and a second position extending in a common plane. The shipping and display container further includes a cover element for covering a space between the first and second tray elements. The first tray element, the second tray element, the bridge element and the cover element are interconnected as a single unit, and no adhesive materials are required for assembling the container, and wherein all of the elements are integrally formed in a single blank or sheet.
SECONDARY PACKAGING, AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING SUCH SECONDARY PACKAGING
A secondary packaging comprises a tray and an insert. The tray is configured to localize a lower end of primary packages and the insert is configured to localize an upper end of the primary packages. The insert is formed from the material of the tray.
Method for producing packaging blanks for consumer goods
Method for producing a plurality of blanks from a continuous strip of material. Firstly, a continuous strip of material (101) is provided, the strip having a plurality of cut-outs (103) spaced along a longitudinal direction thereof. Then, the continuous strip is cut along a plurality of cut lines (203) to form the plurality of blanks (301), each cut line comprising a straight transverse section and a curved section. Each cut line intersects a respective cut-out in the strip in the curved section of the cut line. Each cut line, together with its respective intersected cut-out, corresponds to an edge (303, 305) of at least one of the plurality of blanks. There is also provided a blank (301) formed by the method and a container (400) for consumer goods, the container comprising an inner frame (301) formed from a blank formed according by the method.
Packaging container for instance for pharmaceutical products
A packaging container has a substantially parallelepipedic shape extending globally longitudinally and defining an internal space. The packaging container includes a belt formed by first, second, third, and fourth main panels, the first and third main panels having first and second opposite longitudinal ends. The packaging container includes at least one closure panel joined to and extending from a respective first or second longitudinal end of the first and/or third main panel. The second and fourth main panels have first and second opposite transversal free edges. The at least one closure panel has first and second free side edges. The packaging container includes at least one reinforcing rib formed on at least one of the second main panel, the fourth main panel, or the closure panel and close to the respective first or second transversal free edges or side free edges. The at least one reinforcing rib extends transversally.
Secondary packaging, and method for providing it
A secondary packaging comprises a tray and an insert. The tray is configured to localize a lower end of primary packages and the insert is configured to localize an upper end of the primary packages. The insert is formed from the material of the tray.
