A container device that has an outer shell with an opening that is sealed by a closure mechanism. The closure mechanism can include magnetic strips that are configured to partially or wholly seal the opening.

A battery holding and dispensing device can hold a plurality of batteries, in a single battery size or an assortment of battery sizes. The battery holding and dispensing device includes a frame having a plurality of compartments sized and shaped to each receive a battery of a particular battery size and each having a magnetic insert for releasably retaining the battery in the compartment. A system is disclosed for inductive charging of batteries held in a caddy.

A cap assembly for a container, including a base having a handle and configured to be removably coupled to the container, a drink spout extending away from the base, a closure configured to selectively transition between a closed configuration, in which the closure is engaged with the drink spout and obstructs a passage through the drink spout, and an open configuration, in which the closure is not engaged with the drink spout and does not obstruct the passage through the drink spout, a tether coupling the closure to the base, a first portion of the tether extending around the drink spout and a second portion of the tether extending around the closure, and a magnetic closure retention mechanism configured to retain the closure in an open configuration.

The present invention relates to a material for packaging agricultural products, such as cotton, particularly in the form of cylindrical bales, by using automated agricultural machines and equipment of the self-powered baler type. More particularly, the present invention relates to a packaging material that comprises a single continuous film (1) composed of a plurality of packaging portions (2), which can be detached from one another via a break line (3), said packaging portion (2) being divided into an initial portion (2a) and a final portion (2b), and this latter portion is provided, on one of the surfaces thereof, with a layer of adhesive of non-permanent type 4. In parallel, the present invention also relates to a method for producing this agricultural product packaging material.

A holder device is provided for attachment to a wheelchair or other mobility equipment. The device has a surface that is at least partially bounded, with the bounded portion forming a slot. The device has a first holder magnet at the surface adjacent a terminus of the slot and a second holder magnet at the surface spaced apart from the first magnet. Also provided is a system for fixing an accessory to a wheelchair or other mobility equipment. The system has a holder device, such as that described above, and a sliding member for interfacing with the holder device. The sliding member has a sliding surface for mating with the holder surface, a first sliding magnet at the sliding surface of the sliding member, and a second sliding magnet spaced apart from the first sliding magnet.

An insulated retail packaging container, method of manufacturing the same, and a method of filling the container. An embodiment of the container includes a plurality of interconnected panels establishing a flexible waterproof insulated bag. A re-closeable seal is configured to temporarily close the bag creating an enclosable receiving compartment that contains a plurality of individually packaged cups. A thermally insulating lining is secured to a majority of an internal surface of the receiving compartment. Disposed within one of the pluralities of interconnected panels is a first viewing window. The first viewing window is comprised of a transparent material, thereby allowing a user to determine a state of the retail products housed within the insulated retail packaging container without having to open the re-closeable seal when the insulated retail packaging container is operating as a cooler.

According to certain embodiments, a system comprises an outer box and an inner box suspended within the outer box by one or more vibration isolators. The inner box comprises a mounting system adapted to facilitate mounting one or more objects within the inner box.

A system for holding multiple beverage containers may include a cooler or carrier with toting handles, closing tabs, and base. The base may be formed from a molded plastic, rubber or synthetic rubber material. The base may also include feet that hold the base a sufficient height from the ground. The base may have a generally conic tapering drain floor that makes up its top surface. The tapering drain floor may make draining the carrier easier by directing water toward a drain hole located in the base. Extending up from the base may be a multi-layer soft-sided wall where different layers perform different desired functions. A magnetic cap assembly is used to close a bottle, grip or box. The magnetic cap assembly includes an external cap, magnets and an internal cap. The magnets are inserted in the external cap. The internal cap is fitted in the external cap, thereby keeping the magnets in the external cap. The internal cap is used to close the bottle, grip or box.
