EASY OPENING CONTAINER
An easy opening container is provided that includes a body with an opening, and a lid for the opening. The opening includes a neck having at least one screw thread and a sealing edge. The closing lid having an upper part and a peripheral skirt, the skirt including a free edge. The free edge has a plurality of inwardly extending lugs, the lugs being configured for being coupled with the screw thread when the lid is closed on the opening. The container further includes at least one element for easy opening, such as a strip, between the screw thread and the lugs, the element being configured for being removed before opening the lid in order to make the opening easier.
Tamper Evident Seal System
A seat for an aircraft comprises a compartment and a seal system. The seal system comprises a first tab connected to a first portion of the compartment, a second tab connected to a second portion of the compartment, and a piece of adhesive material connecting the first tab to the second tab.
Carton sealing security tape
Security tapes are disclosed that include a first substrate having a first major surface covered with a first PSA, a plurality of discrete pieces of second substrate laminated to the first major surface of the first substrate by the first PSA, and a second PSA applied to each of the plurality of discrete pieces of second substrate on a first surface opposite the first substrate. The first substrate is continuous in both the machine and transverse directions. Each discrete piece of second substrate has a length oriented in the transverse direction and may be spaced a distance apart, in the machine direction, from each adjacent piece of second substrate. The first adhesion of the first PSA for each of the discrete pieces of second substrate is less than a second adhesion of the second PSA for a packaging material or packaging carton.
PACKAGING
Packaging made of a sealable packaging material has a front wall and a rear wall which are directly or indirectly joined to one another; a removal opening extends from and/or is located at an edge of the packaging. An additional material may be disposed between the layers of packaging material, wherein this additional material can be configured as strips and/or can take up the entire width of the removal opening
PACKAGING ASSEMBLIES AND DISPLAY SYSTEMS FOR BEDDING PRODUCTS
A display system for bedding products includes a top capsule half having a closed upper end, an open lower end, and an outer wall extending from said closed upper end to said open lower end, and a lower capsule half having a closed lower end, an open upper end, and an outer wall extending from said open upper end to the closed lower end of the lower capsule half. The outer wall at the open upper end of the lower capsule half is inserted into the outer wall at the open lower end of the top capsule half to form an assembled capsule. A bedding product, such as a pillow, is contained within the assembled capsule. A label is secured over the outer walls of the top and bottom capsule halves for sealing the bedding product within the assembled capsule. A display case holds the assembled capsules in spaced openings.
PACKAGE COMPRISING A SEAL
The invention relates to a parcel comprising: a container having a cavity; closing means, the parcel having a closed configuration in which the closing means prevent access to the cavity, and an open configuration in which the closing means allow access to the cavity; a seal intended to guarantee a holding of the parcel in its closed configuration, the seal comprising a component for controlling the integrity of the seal; an electronic unit for controlling the integrity of the seal, the electronic unit comprising means for detecting a degradation of the control component, and means for initiating the detection means during a positioning of the seal in its attached position.
Packaging with interlocking ripcord mechanical lock
Packaging with a locking mechanism is provided, such as for finished goods packaging, such that a lid and base box may be secured together in a closed configuration. An interlocking ripcord mechanical lock may include a slot and tab style ripcord that is integrated into the packaging. As an example, packaging using corrugated material may utilize the corrugated material thickness to lock the tab record inside an opening such as a slot, such that the base box is retained and coupled to the lid, thereby preventing the base box from sliding out from the lid if a user except packaging by the lid. Once the ripcord is removed, is removed, the mechanical lock is thereby released from the base and lid, allowing the customer to open the packaging.
FLEXIBLE PACKAGING OF THE BAG TYPE WITH RECLOSING DEVICE
Flexible packaging (1) of the bag type for loosely packaged perishable food products, comprising: a front wall (2) and a rear wall (3) situated opposite each other, defining on the upper part a closing fin (4) and laterally connected together by two gusset walls (5); and a reclosing device comprising a first planar portion (12) and a second planar portion (13) fixed to the front wall (2) and to the rear wall (3) respectively and equipped with means (7; 8) for mutual connection in an overlapped configuration; wherein, in a shelf configuration, said package (1) has the closing fin (4) folded over on top of said rear wall (3), the first planar portion (12) and the second planar portion (13) of the reclosing device being arranged side-by-side and integrated in a planar insert (10) which can be broken along a separation line (1) between said first portion (12) and said second portion (13).
BOTTLES WITH SMART LABELS, AND METHODS OF MAKING SMART LABELS FOR BOTTLES AND LABELING BOTTLES WITH SUCH SMART LABELS
A bottle having a sealing device and a substrate attached thereto, and methods of attaching the substrate to the bottle are disclosed. Methods include placing the substrate on the bottle, the bottle having a break line, and the substrate having a wireless communication device having an antenna, an integrated circuit, and a sensing line thereon. Methods further include adhering a first part of the substrate including the antenna to a first portion of the bottle that does not include the break line, and a second part of the substrate including the sensing line to a second portion of the bottle and on/over a break line. The bottle includes an interface between the sealing device and defines a break line. The substrate including the wireless communication device is on/over the bottle, at least a part of the sealing device and the break line.
FLIP-TOP TUBE WITH TAMPER-EVIDENT SEAL
A flip-top tube (1), for example for cream, includes a tubular body (2) having a mouth (22), a cap (18) having a tab (70), and a label film (4) which at least partially wraps the tubular body and covers the tab (70) of the cap (18) to form a tamper-evident seal suitable for indicating the first opening of the tube.
