TAMPER RESISTANT STORAGE AND TRANSPORT SYSTEM FOR CONTAINERS OF LIQUID
A storage and transport system for containers of liquid, comprising a detachable or separable handle component configured to securely hold or enclose a liquid-holding container and provide a carrying handle therefor; and a self-sealing receipt or label configured to receive printed information regarding the contents of the liquid-holding container, wherein the self-sealing receipt or label cooperates with the carrying handle to securely close the handle component around the liquid holding container, and wherein the self-sealing receipt or label is configured to provide visual evidence of tampering if the self-sealing receipt or label is separated from itself.
TAMPER RESISTANT DEVICE AND METHODS OF FORMING A TAMPER RESISTANT DEVICE
Tamper resistant systems and devices and methods of forming the same are disclosed. A tamper resistant system includes a container having a container body defining a cavity having a threaded opening therein, a threaded closure removably covering the threaded opening, and a frangible component including a length of material having a first end and a second end. The first end is integrated with the container body such that the frangible component and the container body have a single piece construction and the frangible component extends from the container body. The second end is coupled to the threaded closure. Subsequent removal of the threaded closure from the container causes damage to at least one of the frangible component, the threaded closure, and the container body. The frangible component, the threaded closure, and the container body are at least partially constructed of an environmentally friendly material.
PACKAGES AND WRAPPER
A package for a delivery system and a wrapper. One package includes an outer container having an access, and an inner container including a wrapper configured to surround at least one delivery system. The wrapper is sealed by the closure of its openings. The wrapper includes a first layer comprising a paper-based material and an extraction region in the wrapper. The inner container further includes a resealable label configured to cover the extraction region and having a peripheral portion that extends beyond the extraction region such that the extraction region of the inner container is sealed, when the label covers the extraction region. The label is peelable away from the wrapper during use to open the extraction region. Another package includes an outer container having an access, and an outer wrapper configured to surround the outer container of the package.
TAMPER-EVIDENT PEELABLE CLOSURE ATTACHMENT
Various arrangements of a packaging lock system are presented. In some embodiments, the packaging lock system include a sleeve that defines a cutout region. The system can further include a packaging box sized to slide within the sleeve. The system further includes a peelable closure attachment that includes multiple layers. Such layers can include: a top layer in contact with an outside surface of the sleeve; a first adhesive layer that adheres to the top layer and a middle layer; and a second adhesive layer that adheres to the middle layer and to the packaging box.
CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
A container assembly includes an outer shell forming an interior cavity, an inner tray dimensioned to be received within the interior cavity of the outer shell, wherein the inner tray is rotatably coupled to the outer shell and configured to rotate between an open configuration and a closed configuration. The container assembly further includes a plurality of gripping members disposed within the inner tray, the gripping members being structured to flex outwardly to receive an item placed in the inner tray and apply an inward force to the item to releasably secure the item within the inner tray.
PACKAGING FOR THE PRESENTATION AND STORAGE OF CULINARY PREPARATION PORTIONS
A packaging for storing and presenting culinary preparations in the form of a series of unit portions. The packaging includes: a main base made of a biodegradable material based on sugar cane pulp, having a first bottom and a first flange extending from a periphery of the first bottom; a plurality of secondary bases intended to be placed in the main base and each adapted to receive one of the unit portions, made of a biodegradable material based on sugar cane pulp and each having a second bottom and a second flange extending from the periphery of the second bottom, at least the second bottom being covered with a tight biodegradable coating; and a cover for the protection and storage of the culinary preparation portions, adapted to fit onto the main base.
Tamper Evident Label for Items
A liner-label combination is provided for a tamper evident label. The combination includes a label substrate and a liner substrate. The label substrate includes label substrate die cuts that define a top portion, a middle portion, and a bottom portion for the label. The liner substrate includes liner substrate die cuts that correspond to the middle portion of the label. The top portion, middle portion, and bottom portion adapted to be separated from the liner substrate as a single label with a backside of the middle portion including the corresponding liner substrate defined by the liner substrate die cuts. The middle portion of the label adapted to cover an opening of an item and when removed from the opening, the middle portion separates from the top portion and the bottom portion along the label substrate die cuts providing evidence that the opening to the item was exposed.
Single-use food preparation container assemblies, systems and methods
A product preparation system and method for processing a container including a cup body and a cup closure assembly configured for removable operative engagement with the cup body, the cup closure assembly including a hinged spout cover and a user-removable multi-function restricting portion integrally formed as part of the cup closure assembly and detachable therefrom, the user-removable multi-function restricting portion being operative, when integrally attached to the cup closure assembly to prevent normal user opening of the hinged spout cover.
TAMPER-EVIDENT PEELABLE CLOSURE ATTACHMENT
Various arrangements of a tamper-evident peelable closure packaging system are provided. The system can include a first packaging, a second packaging, and a flap attached with the second packaging. The system can include a peelable closure attachment that includes multiple layers. The layers can include a top layer in contact with an outside surface of the first packaging. No adhesive may be present in a region between the top layer and the first packaging. A first adhesive layer can adhere to the top layer and a middle layer. A second adhesive layer can adhere to the middle layer and the outside surface of the first packaging. The peelable closure attachment can attach with the flap.
