Tamper-evident produce container
A system and method for storing, shipping, and displaying produce in a box which has a tamper-evident closure. The box may be formed of folded cardboard and a transparent plastic lid which engages top edges of the box. The lid has a plurality of tabs around its periphery that may be bent and inserted into slots or notches formed in the box edges, and then expand to a larger relaxed size. The slots or notches have perforated lines enabling the lid to be ripped upward to open the box, thus indicating that the container has been tampered with.
NON-EQUAL LENGTH OPEN-IDENTIFICATION CONTAINER
A non-equal length open-identification container includes: a cover, one side of a top surface thereof extended with an elastic sheet having a predetermined extension length, and an end thereof having a first coupling element facing down; a box, one side of a top surface thereof horizontally extended with a flange having a notch, the flange projected with a stopping portion, and the cover adapted to be in combination with a top portion of the box, allowing a bottom surface of the sheet to be in contact with a top surface of the stopping portion; and a second coupling element, having a groove and in combination with the notch with a dotted broken line, the first coupling element offset from the groove after the cover is in combination with the box, the sheet pressed down, allowing the first coupling element to be in engagement with the groove.
Receptacle Having a Tamper Resistant Locking Mechanism For Produce and Foodstuff
A produce and foodstuff receptacle is disclosed containing a tamper evident locking mechanism to lock a separate lid and container. The receptacle has a fitted corner for allowing lid and container attachment in only one position. Lid and container matching connectors allow secure and reusable attachment. After locking, only a container tab is fully detached after the receptacle is initially opened to indicate use. The lid remains fully intact after opening and hides the detached container portion underneath a locking tab platform for protection against any perforated edges. Matching connectors allow re-sealing after initial opening of the locking mechanism. The lid also contains a lid lock ledge that matches with a container lock ledge that submerges the lid into the container. The locking tab platform allows re-opening of the lid and container after use and contains a hinge for flexibility of the platform during closing and opening of the lid.
DUAL USE BOX
Example aspects of a dual use box can comprise a side panel enclosure defining a top end and a bottom end; a first primary top panel extending from the top end of the side panel enclosure and comprising a primary address label and a primary adhesive; a second primary top panel extending from the top end of the side panel enclosure, wherein the primary adhesive is configured to attach the first primary top panel to the second primary top panel; a first secondary top panel extending from the top end of the side panel enclosure and comprising a secondary address label and a secondary adhesive; and a second secondary top panel extending from the top end of the side panel enclosure, wherein the secondary adhesive is configured to attach the first secondary top panel to the second secondary top panel.
Auto lock lid
The present invention relates generally to the field of closure devices for consumer products, including both liquid and dry products. More specifically, the present invention relates to a lid or closure for consumer goods packaging that provides a secure locking engagement to prevent spilling, leakage, and/or tampering of the contents of the packaging. The unique closure device utilizes a combination of a release tab and locking elements, which cooperate with one another in order to seal or unseal at least a portion of the lid or closure to allow for dispensing of the contents of the container.
PACKAGE SYSTEM
A package system is provided. The package system comprises a carton having at least a first carton panel including a first tab having a first tab edge defined by internal walls of the first panel, a second carton panel opposing the first panel, and a third carton panel between the first carton panel and the second carton panel, the carton having a carton length that is defined as a first distance parallel to the third carton panel between the first carton panel and the second carton panel; and a drawer configured to slide into and out of an interior of the carton, the drawer having at least a first drawer panel opposing the first carton panel, a second drawer panel opposing the second carton panel, and a third drawer panel opposing the third carton panel, the third drawer panel adjoined between the first drawer panel and the second drawer panel.
TAMPER EVIDENT TUB
An exemplary tamper evident tub is disclosed. In various embodiments, the exemplary tub includes one or more breakable tabs in near proximity to a lid latching assembly. The one or more breakable tabs, in particular embodiments, prevent access to one or more lift tabs and latches, while the tamper evident tub lid is in a closed position. In various embodiments, the one or more lift tabs and latches are operable to allow for the lid to be opened from a closed position. In some embodiments, removing the breakable tabs allows access to the one or more lift tabs and latches, and further indicates that the exemplary tub has been tampered with.
Package integrity indicating closure
A resealable closure for a container in which package integrity is indicated by a structure which connects the closure to a remaining portion of the container which must be broken in order to gain access to the contents of the container for a first time. The package integrity feature, in one form, includes a structure associated with the closure, wherein upon opening the closure for a first time, the structure stretches, increasing a length of the structure until the structure eventually breaks, leaving one or both residual ends of the broken structure rippled or curved upward from the remainder of the container. In one alternative form, the structure is associated with a pull tab of the sealing panel, which comprises the closure, whereby either the structure must be broken first, prior to pulling back the sealing panel, or while pulling back the sealing panel for a first time, the structure breaks, prior to gaining access to the contents therein. Advantageously, the package integrity feature is integrally formed with the closure and a remaining portion of the container. Integrity of the package is indicated by visually observing an intact breakable structure.
APPLICATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to an application system comprising a cartridge having at least one container with a respective outlet, and a closure element that can sealingly close the outlet of the at least one container when the cartridge is in the delivery state. When in the storage state, the cartridge sealingly closes the closure element. When the cartridge is in the state of use, the closure element can be removed therefrom and an accessory can be connected to the outlet of the at least one container. According to the invention, the cartridge or the closure element comprises, in the delivery state, a connecting element which cannot be removed without being damaged, and the cartridge or the closure element, in the storage state, is connected via a connecting element that cannot be removed without being damaged, to a closure element or the cartridge.
Dispensing containers
A seal that forms part of a container for storing and dispensing consumer products is provided. The container can be used for the packaging of pills, tablets or capsules, or as a multi-cavity container for organizing and storing mixed medication for subsequent dispensation according to a predefined dosage regimen. The seal includes a cover film and a barrier film. The cover film has pre-formed lines of separation defining a removable portion per cavity. The barrier film is secured to the cover film by a layer of peelable adhesive and has pre-formed lines of separation defining the periphery of a barrier patch per removable portion. The cover film includes a tamper-indicating line of separation close to an edge of the cover film that is designed to tear if an attempt is made to peel the cover film away from the tray to expose one or more of the cavities.
