TAMPER EVIDENT CARTON
The folding carton having a tamper evident feature that includes a flap with at least one partial cut and a full cut.
TAMPER EVIDENT PIZZA BOX
A tamper evident food container 1 made from a foldable sheet material, including a base portion and a lid portion attached to the base portion. The container 1 further includes a locking tab insertable into a slot to retain the container 1 in a closed position. The container 1 further includes a release assembly for enabling release of the locking tab, the release assembly including a frangible line of weakness 15 for facilitating tearing of the release assembly, the frangible line of weakness 15 dividing the release assembly into sections 15, 17 which separate upon tearing of the line of weakness to expose the locking tab for release and opening of the container 1. As the container 1 needs to be physically damaged in order to open, a consumer is easily able to identify if their container 1 has been tampered with or opened prior to taking delivery.
LOCKING BOX
A blank can include a first end panel; a first main panel joined to and extending from the first end panel; a second main panel connected to the first main panel; a second end panel joined to and extending from the second main panel; an inside end panel connected to the second main panel; and a locking tab extending from and separable from the first main panel, passable through a first opening defined between the second end panel and the inside end panel, and engageable with a locking opening separate from the first opening and defined in the blank.
FLUID SAMPLE CONTAINER CAP
A sample container cap (or “cap”) is configured to be used with a sample container for collecting fluids. The cap has (1) a bottom portion having a bottom cavity configured to retain a sample container, a bottom opening configured to permit fluid to pass therethrough and into the sample container, and (2) a top portion connected to the bottom portion, wherein the top portion includes a top opening configured to permit fluid to pass therethrough. The sample container cap has at least a (1) a first position in which the top opening and bottom opening are not aligned and the cap is configured so that fluid cannot pass therethrough, and (2) a second position in which the top opening and bottom opening are aligned and the cap is configured so that fluid can pass therethrough and into the sample container.
EASY OPEN APPARATUS FOR MEDICAMENT STORAGE CARTON
A carton for medicament storage includes a bottom box and a lid. The bottom box includes a bottom wall, a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a back wall, and a front wall. The carton also includes a lid coupled to the bottom box and movable between an open position and a closed position. The bottom box is closed by the lid when the lid is in the closed position. Additionally, the carton includes a release tab comprising a portion of the one of the lid and the second front wall and being defined by a perforated line in the one of the lid and the bottom box. The carton also may include an adhesive positioned on at least a part of the release tab and selectively coupling the lid and the bottom box. When the carton is in the closed position, the release tab is secured to the one of the lid and the bottom box via the perforation and is secured to the other of the lid and the bottom box via the adhesive. Alternatively, when the lid is in the open position, the release tab is separated along the perforated line from the one of the lid and the bottom box and is secured to the other of the lid and the bottom box via the adhesive.
Pourable food container with drink spout
A container for pourable food comprises an initially sealed body portion for holding the pourable food and a drink spout for drinking from the container. The proximal end of a base portion of the drink spout is permanently attached to the outer surface of the container, and has an opening to receive pourable food from the body of the container. The distal end of the base portion has an opening for drinking the pourable food from the container. The drink spout comprises a lid portion initially attached to the base portion to seal the opening at the distal end by a breakable sealing portion. The drink spout comprises a connection portion permanently attaching the lid portion to the base portion. The connection portion is a flexure hinge allowing the lid portion to pivot away from the base portion after the breakable sealing portion has been broken.
CLOSURE CAP WITH WINGS
A closure cap made of a plastic. The closure cap includes a cylindrical shell which has a lateral outer surface and a vertical axis of rotation, and wings which are arranged to protrude from the lateral outer surface and which are fastened on diametrically opposite sides of the cylindrical shell. Each of the wings transitions from a wing fastening region, which is arranged close to the cylindrical shell, into an actuation region, which adjoins the wing fastening region and which is arranged radially further distant from the cylindrical shell. The actuation region serves for a manual actuation of the closure cap. The wing fastening regions are arranged, with respect to both sides of a central plane which runs through the cap axis of rotation, rotationally symmetrical with respect to the cap axis of rotation.
Closure
A dispensing closure is provided and comprises a base and a lid. The base includes a sidewall closed at one end by a top deck including a dispensing orifice. The base and lid are joined by a hinge to allow the lid to move between closed and open positions with respect to the base whereby to close and open the dispensing orifice. At the periphery of the top deck the sidewall forms or provides a raised lip. The lid closes onto the top deck and is bounded by the lip and the lid is generally flush with the lip when in the closed position.
Tethered flip closure
A closure includes a hinged sealing element including a top wall and a first skirt. The first skirt has a sealing formation allowing engagement of a mating sealing formation of a bottle. A second skirt has an attachment formation engageable with a mating attachment formation of the bottle. A plurality of frangible members is attached to each of the skirts. A pair of hinge members is attached between the first and second skirts. A biasing member is attached to the first skirt between the hinge members and extending downwardly from the first skirt to interact with a neck portion of the bottle such that the sealing formation of the first skirt and the mating sealing formation of the bottle are biased toward each other.
TAMPER EVIDENT CONTAINER
A tamper evident container includes a tray portion having a base, a sidewall extending upwardly from a perimeter of the base, and a lid portion having an open position and a closed position. The lid portion may be configured to lockingly engage the tray portion in the closed position. A first hinge may be connected to lid portion and tray portion for rotation of the lid portion relative to the tray portion. A tamper evident closure may also be provided having an open position and a locked position, wherein in the locked position the tamper evident closure connects the tray portion and the lid portion when the lid portion in the closed position. A line of weakness is provided in the tamper evident closure which, when broken after the tamper evident closure is in the locked position, permits the lid portion to be moved from the closed position to the open position.
