The invention disclosed is an intermediate-volume, dimensionally scalable container having a large transmural aperture providing easy access to contents and a resealable lid providing quick and repeated access to the contents. In one embodiment the invention provides a clear visible indication as to the locked or unlocked state of the lid and is adapted to readily incorporate different forms of tamper proof and tamper evident seals. The invention includes an assembly of similar containers of the same or different volumes having recessed bottom portions to receive the upper portion and lid of a vertically adjacent container when stacked and at least two opposing sides having complementary surface deformations to facilitate side-to-side mating of such containers when shipped, displayed for sale or stored.

The opening device is configured to disengage the first and second coupling portions. The closing septum is adjustable to a first or second configuration. Packaging for tobacco industry products is disclosed. The packaging comprises a pack for holding tobacco industry products, and an outer wrapper enveloping the pack. The outer wrapper comprises a removable portion arranged to prevent opening of the pack until the removable portion has been removed. One of the pack and the removable portion comprises a tamper evident feature that remains attached to the other of the pack or the removable portion after the removable portion is removed from the pack. The bladders are arranged on each of the sides and configured to be inflated as a cushioning mechanism for the object while placed in the interior of the rectangular solid. The bladders are made of a material based on a weight of the at least one object.

A method of making a container having a tamper evident feature. The method comprises affixing a tamper evident tag to a bottom end so that the tag covers perforations in the bottom end. The tag may be a film-based tag incorporating a color shifting ink layer. When the container is opened, air enters the interior of the container, passes through the perforations and activates the color shifting ink layer.

Closure assembly comprising a spout (1) and a cap (2) including a tamper-evident ring (3). The spout (1) has a neck (14) around a product passage (15) and a wall (10). The wall (10) of the spout (1) comprises at least one window (16), wherein the at least one snap portion (33) fits inside the window (16) to snap the tamper-evident ring (3) to the spout (1) when the tamper-evident ring (3) is inserted in the inner space (11).
