DISPOSABLE CONTAINER FOR FLUID PRODUCTS WITH CHILDPROOF TAMPER-EVIDENT MEANS
20230415966 · 2023-12-28 ·

A single-use container for fluid products, particularly pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical products is provided. The single-use container has a containment body, a closing element removable along a predetermined breaking line, and an opening key slidingly fitted onto the closing element and prismatically rotationally engageable therewith to remove the closing element from the containment body. The single-use container has child-proof and anti-tampering elements. When an axial compression force acts on the opening key, the child-proof and anti-tampering elements generate an axial counterthrust upwards in direction of prismatic decoupling between the opening key and the closing element.

CONTAINER OPENING IDENTIFICATION STRUCTURE WITH NON-EQUAL CONFIGURATION PRE-BROKEN LINE
20210016936 · 2021-01-21 ·

A container opening identification structure with non-equal configuration pre-broken line, the main feature of which is that the container has a box body and a cover body. A closed frame is formed around the opening above the box body, and the cover body is provided with a covered periphery and it is matched with the closed frame to be in a sealed state. The container opening identification structure has a removable combination connecting part disposed at a position corresponding to the closed frame and the covered periphery, and a pre-broken line adjacent to the removable combination connection part. The pre-broken line includes a plurality of spaced-apart slits and a plurality of connecting bodies formed between the adjacent spaced-apart slits; and the connecting bodies are in a non-equal configuration type.

Tamper evident containers

The present invention is directed to containers and packaging that incorporate novel tamper evident features. In particular, the containers of the present invention comprise newly designed tamper evident linkages, i.e., wedged fracture tabs. In addition, the present invention provides novel methods of improving tamper security of packages or containers by incorporating distinguishing printed graphics on the tamper evident component (e.g., frangible hinge, frangible tear strip, or wedged fracture tabs) of the present invention.

CONTAINER ARRANGEMENT INCLUDING A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME
20200372318 · 2020-11-26 ·

A container arrangement (100) is disclosed, which is preferably destined for pharmaceutical products. The container arrangement includes a container body (110) and a first wireless communication systems (210) composed of a NFC system (210) including an NFC antenna (141). The container arrangement further includes a first and/or a second sensing-switching arrangement (143; 280) configured to include a preset status inhibiting a standardized operability of the first wireless communication system (210). The first sensing-switching arrangement (143) is configured to deregulate its preset status upon an initial opening event and the second sensing-switching arrangement (280) is configured to deregulate its preset status upon an unloading event.

PACKAGING AND CORRESPONDING UNPACKAGING PROCEDURE
20200317408 · 2020-10-08 ·

The invention relates to a package comprising a hollow body, a lid joined to the hollow body by a hinge, and a protective cover (that can be moved between a closed position in which it covers the lid and an open position in which it is separated from the hollow body and forms, with a coupling device, a lever arm coupled to the lid, with the coupling device being able to assume a retracted configuration when the cover is in the closed position, and a deployed configuration when the cover is in the open position. The invention also relates to a corresponding unpackaging process.

MULTI-FACTOR PHYSICALLY UNCLONABLE FUNCTION KEY, COIN, OR RFID

The invention relates generally a device that authenticates a user, operator, or object using multiple factors, thus decreasing the likelihood of unauthorized use. These factors preferably are independent from each other and difficult to defeat. By combining a mechanical key with a number of physically unclonable functions (PUF), the resulting system may be impossible to duplicate or defeat. The addition of the PUF can be deployed to mechanical keys or RFID's of different types without reducing the functionality of the first factors operation.

TAMPER-PROOF PHYSICAL UNCLONABLE FUNCTION SEALS FOR AUTHENTICATION OF BOTTLES

Wine and liquor bottles have a shrink-wrap seal, or other type, that is applied to the cap/cork end of the bottle. This seal material can be loaded with randomly magnetized particles, such as flakes of an alloy of neodymium, iron, and boron (NdFeB). The randomly magnetized particles provide a unique unclonable magnetic fingerprint to the bottle. The magnetic field may be recorded for one or more circumferential bands around the surface of the bottle's neck and used as a magnetic fingerprint to authenticate the bottle. Authentication can be performed by inserting the bottle in an appropriate fixture, which measures the magnetic fingerprint.

Stackable display containers

Disclosed are display containers (e.g., for packaging food items). Certain embodiments of the container are stackable and include a cover portion of the container having a non-flat presentation surface, and one or more stacking recesses defined between the non-flat presentation surface and at least one of the one or more cover body sides. A base portion of the container can include a mating surface shaped to mate with a portion of the non-flat presentation surface when stacked on a corresponding bottom container such that an inside of the corresponding bottom container can be viewed through the non-flat presentation surface of the bottom container. The base body can include one or more stacking feet extending from the base body and configured to insert into the one or more stacking recesses when stacked on the cover portion of the corresponding bottom container such that the one or more stacking feet engage the cover portion.

PLASTIC CLOSURE HAVING AN INTEGRITY GUARANTEE ELEMENT
20200180824 · 2020-06-11 · ·

A plastic closure includes a lower part, a lid, integrally connected to the lower part via a hinge, and at least one integrity guarantee element to indicate if the plastic closure has ever been opened. The plastic closure further includes at least one first detent element and at least one second detent element, and the at least one first detent element forms at least one integrity guarantee element and in the closed state and before the plastic closure is opened for the first time is in engagement with the at least one second detent element. The first detent element has a predetermined breaking point, and, when the plastic closure is opened for the first time via a pivoting movement of the lid, the predetermined breaking point can be broken and at least one part of the first detent element is configured to swing out to release the second detent element.
