INDIRECT ORTHODONTIC BONDING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An indirect orthodontic bonding (IDB) tray preloaded with one or more orthodontic brackets with uncured pre-pasted adhesive. The loaded IDB tray can be produced by an IDB tray manufacturer and distributed to an orthodontist in a container that prevents the adhesive from curing. The loaded IDB tray can be removed from the container when the patient is ready for treatment. The loaded IDB tray can be placed over the dental arch of the patient such that the one or more orthodontic brackets can bond, via curing of the adhesive, to the teeth of the patient.

ORTHODONIC TOOLS AND STORAGE CASE
An orthodontic tool includes a trimmer having a lever, a base, and a spring positioned between the lever and the base. A first substantially transversely extending portion extends from the lever and a second substantially transversely extending portion extends from the base. A cutting surface is associated with each transversely extending portion. The orthodontic tool also includes a tool set having at least two arms coupled together at one end by a fastener and the arms including two or more of a sanding tool, a hook, and a pick.

Measuring instrument for orthodontic appliances
A measuring instrument for orthodontic appliances including a body with a handle and a rectilinear head oriented orthogonally to the handle; an appendix protrudes from a distal edge of the head and it is orthogonal to the head, that is, the appendix is oriented parallel to the handle, and is formed by a base having a predetermined width from which emerges a pin having a length which is also predetermined; the head is provided with a millimeter scale on at least one side of the appendix; the width of the base is a value selected among a plurality of predetermined values and is equal to the distance between the bodies of a palatal expander in closed configuration.

Orthodontic device
An orthodontic device which may be used for treating Class II malocclusions including one or more rotational joints having a movable axis of rotation and an extension assembly having at least two reciprocating rods. Advantageously, the device may be elasticated or an unelasticated and may, with minimal reconfiguration, be used for further treatment, for example by being reversed.

Palatal expanders and methods of expanding a palate
Palatal expander apparatuses for expanding a patient's palate (“palatal expanders”) and methods of using and making them. These palatal expanders may be configured to have a variable surface smoothness on one side (e.g., the lingual-facing surface) compared to the opposite side (e.g., the palatal-facing surface). These palatal expanders may be configured to have a varying thickness in the palatal region. These palatal expanders may be adapted for ease in removal by the patient or caregiver (e.g., including a hinged region and/or detachment region, and/or including a thinner buccal side then occlusal side, etc.).
Tool for seating an orthodontic aligner and method of using same
A tool and method for seating an orthodontic aligner, unseating the aligner, or both. In one aspect, the tool comprises a handle portion and seating portion. The seating portion is connected to the handle portion. The seating portion comprises a rippled structure having the shape of a series of waves, the waves having a direction of propagation directed away from the handle portion. In a second aspect, a handle portion of the tool comprises a hook adjacent to a recess in the handle portion, the hook being configured to unseat an aligner. In a third aspect, the method comprises seating an aligner by holding a handle portion of the tool, positioning the seating portion between sets of teeth and repeatedly biting the seating portion. In a fourth aspect, the method comprises unseating an aligner by holding the rippled seating portion and using the hook to apply force to the aligner.
