METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OPTIMIZING DENTAL ALIGNER GEOMETRY
Method and system for establishing an initial position of a tooth, determining a target position of the tooth in a treatment plan, calculating a movement vector associated with the tooth movement from the initial position to the target position, determining a plurality of components corresponding to the movement vector, and determining a corresponding one or more positions of a respective one or more attachment devices relative to a surface plane of the tooth such that the one or more attachment devices engages with a dental appliance are provided.

ORTHODONTIC APPLIANCE WITH NON-SLIDING ARCHFORM
An orthodontic bracket and archform system that uses friction-free mechanics are disclosed. The archform can have a male fastener that can be retained within an orthodontic bracket. The orthodontic bracket can have varying locking mechanism, such as deflectable tabs, springs, locking pins, and others, that can cooperate with features of the male fastener to prevent sliding between the archform and the bracket.
METHOD OF ADMINISTERING ADHESIVE TO BOND ORTHODONTIC BRACKETS
Methods of administering a quantity of adhesive to bond orthodontic brackets is disclosed herein. The quantity of adhesive to bond a selected bracket to a tooth at a specific location thereon can be calculated based on a known geometry of the selected bracket and a digital model of the patient's teeth. A instruction guide can visually indicate with a graphic the amount of adhesive to dispense from a syringe or other device to bond the selected bracket to the surface of the tooth at a specific location planned in the digital model.

INDIRECT BONDING DEVICE AND INDIRECT BONDING METHOD FOR ORTHODONTIC APPARATUS
An embodiment of the present invention provides an indirect bonding device for an orthodontic apparatus, the indirect bonding device comprising: a jig main body part in a form that covers the tooth surface of a subject undergoing a procedure; an accommodation part having grooves capable of accommodating an orthodontic bracket into the internal space of the jig main body part; and a discharge hole part which is formed as at least one hole passing through the inner and outer portions of the jig main body part and through which a bonding agent excessively introduced into the orthodontic bracket is discharged.
Orthodontic height positioning gauge
The present invention relates to an orthodontic height positioning gauge having bracket tabs to place a bracket, and lateral tabs configured to be placed along the occlusal surface of a lateral tooth. In such a position, the handle extends between the lateral jaw and the cheek, and the bracket located by the bracket tabs can be placed on the buccal surface of the tooth without hindrance due to the cheek.
Exchangeable or replaceable maxillary skeletal expander
Provided is an exchangeable or replaceable maxillary skeletal expander. The exchangeable maxillary skeletal expander including: a pair of guides configured to be fixed by micro implants implanted into maxilla; and an expansion part including: a pair of main bodies configured to be inserted and extended while sliding between the pair of guides; and an expansion screw configured to penetrate the pair of main bodies and adjust an interval between the pair of main bodies.

System and Method for Removing Brackets from Customized Orthodontic Appliances and Products
A system and method that is a web based application for creating and managing orthodontic laboratory prescriptions within a dental clinic or lab. The system receives a standard triangle language (STL) image file which has been obtained from an intraoral digital scan or cone-beam of a patient's mouth and teeth. The user manually selects brackets, attachments, bands, or other appliances and removes them from the 3D image file via a series of selections made through an interface within a digital workspace. The system then calculates a surface of the tooth that was disposed beneath the removed appliance and integrates it into the 3D image to create a clean 3D image of the patient's teeth free from any appliances. After the appliances have been removed, the user may further refine the image of the patient's teeth using a suite of tools including addition, deletion, smoothening, and definition tools.
