The orthodontic bracket is of Y shape, where two open ends are anchored to maxilla bone structure of the patient and a tail is attached to the metal brace through adjustable center screw. The adjustable center screw can be rotate to apply displacement force to the orthodontic bracket to cause angular or linear displacement.

The facebow includes a first extra-oral attachment portion and a second extra-oral attachment portion, configured to be coupled to an external anchorage or protraction device, a first intra-oral attachment portion, configured to be coupled to a first bone anchor, and a second intra-oral attachment portion, configured to be coupled to a second bone anchor. The device may be coupled to an external anchorage or protraction device.
