ADHESIVE CARTRIDGE
The present disclosure provides an adhesive cartridge for an automated brick laying machine, the adhesive cartridge comprising a bladder for the adhesive, a shell for the bladder, the shell comprising an aperture therethrough, and at least one valve assembly for controlling adhesive flow, the valve assembly comprising a valve body, at least a portion of which extends through the aperture and into the shell. Also disclosed is a method for assembling the adhesive cartridge, a method of filling the adhesive cartridge and an automated bricklaying machine having a bricklaying and adhesive applying head incorporating the adhesive cartridge.
Pressure system solution dispenser
A refillable solution dispenser including a dispenser housing having a base with a plurality of sidewalls defining an interior volume of the housing. A lid defining the top of the housing located on the top of the sidewalls is movably secured to allow access to the interior of the housing. An actuator mechanism is disposed through a top of the housing. At least one dispensing device is moveably connected within the housing. The dispensing device includes a pressure system connected to the actuator mechanism. The pressure system will move a pressure apparatus located within the housing forcing a solution from a solution reservoir through a dispensing passageway and out of the nozzle.
Pressure equilibrating squeeze dispenser
A bag-in-bottle type of a squeeze dispenser comprising a housing, a cap, a flexible bag for containing fluid, and means to equilibrate atmospheric air pressure with air pressure inside the housing is disclosed. Said means include a closable air channel. The closable air channel, and the cap, may each be in an open or a closed position. When the cap is in an open position, the closable air channel is in a closed position, thus substantially locking the air inside the housing in place and allowing for fluid to be dispensed from the flexible bag upon application of pressing force on the sidewalls of the housing. When the cap is in a closed position, the closable air channel is in an open position, allowing for a flow of atmospheric air into, and out of, the dispenser housing and thereby equilibrating the air pressure inside the housing with air pressure of the atmospheric air.
SYSTEM FOR PORT AND TUBE HOLDER ASSEMBLY ATTACHMENT DEVICE
A tube holder assembly includes a base plate, an attachment plate, and an optional securing element. The base plate may include guides into which protrusions of the attachment plate slide to alter the positioning apparatus from an open position to a closed position. The base plate also includes receivers to receive tubular members, which have their movement restrained by the receivers and the securing elements in the closed position. The tube holder assembly may also include a latch to help maintain the closed position during operation.
System for port and tube holder assembly attachment device and methods of use
A positioning apparatus for restraining an object includes a base plate, an attachment plate, and a securing element. The base plate may include guides into which protrusions of the attachment plate slide to alter the positioning apparatus from an open position to a closed position. The base plate also includes receivers to receive tubular members, which have their movement restrained by the receivers and the securing elements in the closed position. The positioning apparatus may also include a latch to help maintain the closed position during operation.
Sample consumable and loader
A sample consumable that carries a microvolume of sample to a sample loader. The consumable is precisely aligned utilizing a double-alignment feature to the loader. The loader is based on a crank-slider geometry and allows for simple, one-handed operation for the user. Overall, the consumable and sample loader increase reproducibility of in-line sample loading and offers ease-of-use.
PORTABLE SANITIZER DISPENSER
A portable sanitizer dispenser including a body that securely encloses a bottle of sanitizer, an attachment mechanism operatively attached to the body, and a dispensing mechanism operatively attached at a mouth of the bottle or at a bottom of the body. A method of using the portable sanitizer dispenser, by attaching the portable sanitizer dispenser to an object with an attachment mechanism operatively attached to a body, actuating a dispensing mechanism operatively attached to the body, and dispensing sanitizer.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CREATING AND MANAGING FRAGRANCE-RELATED USER PROFILES
The present invention relates to a method for creating and managing fragrance-related user profiles, comprising the following steps: —Identifying an initial fragrance preferences profile based on input by a user to be profiled (S2-S5); —Providing the user with a first number of aromatic accords based on the initial fragrance preference profile, wherein the fragrances are provided in fragrance cartridges adapted to be used with an automated fragrance dispenser unit (12) (S6); —Creating a user profile based on the initial fragrance preferences profile and an evaluation of use patterns in accordance with the operation of the automated fragrance dispenser unit (12) (S8); and —Periodically providing the user with replacement fragrance cartridges based on the user profile and updating the user profile based on evaluations of use patterns of the automated fragrance dispenser unit (12) (S10, S8).
CONTAINERS FOR HOLDING MATERIALS
A container includes: a skeleton shell defining a container body of the container, the skeleton shell being formed from a recycled and/or biodegradable pulp material; and, a bag or liner removably disposed within the skeleton shell. Wherein the skeleton shell includes at least one separation feature that facilitates separation of the skeleton shell from the bag or liner.
