Dental coupling member, mouthpiece, and orthodontic tool
A dental coupling member related to a first aspect of the invention comprises: a rod having, at one end region, a first coupling part that is coupled to a first attachment part of a first dental tool, and having a screw part at the other end region; and a cylindrical body having, in an inner circumferential surface of one end region, a screwed part into which the screw part is screwed, and having, at the other end region, a second coupling part that is coupled to a second attachment part of a second dental tool. This dental coupling member comprises a different-torque part at the screw part and/or the screwed part, the different-torque part having a different torque for screwing against the other of the screw part and the screwed part. This dental coupling member suppresses the occurrence of loosening between the screw part and the screwed part.
INTRAORAL EXPANDER DEVICE
An intra-oral expander device comprises: a transverse expansion assembly, which can be anchored in opposed positions to the upper dental arch and is expandable in a respective plane of action to produce a palatal expansion; and a longitudinal expansion assembly, which is carried by the transverse expansion assembly and is able to exert an action of postero-anterior thrust on the upper front teeth. The longitudinal expansion assembly is mounted on the aforesaid transverse expansion assembly, with possibility of adjustment of the orientation with respect to the plane of action of said transverse expansion assembly.

Teeth Adjustment Arrangement
A teeth adjustment arrangement includes a plurality of end retainers adapted for affixing to abutting teeth respectively; and a space expansion unit coupled between the end retainers to create an opposed expansion force against the end retainers for enlarging a corrective space between the abutting teeth corresponding to an associated tooth therebetween. Therefore, the associated tooth is adapted to concurrently move within the corrective space and align with the abutting teeth at the same time.

REMOVABLE RAPID MAXILLARY EXPANDER
A maxillary arch expander, in particular an expander for use with a human patient, is described. Also described are a method of treatment that includes the use of the maxillary arch expander and a method of inserting and removing the maxillary arch expander from the mouth of the patient. All or part of the maxillary arch expander is generally easily removable and reinsertable during use.

Rapid palatal expander and method for the assembly thereof
Rapid palatal expander made of a first and a second main body (5, 6) provided with aligned female threads (7, 8) that are engaged by the threaded stems (4) of an actuator element (2). This actuator element (2) is provided with a drive head (3) from which the stems (4) extend in opposite directions and aligned with opposite threads. Following the rotation of the drive head (2) the main bodies (5, 6) move parallel to the longitudinal extension direction Y of the actuator element (2). During the movement the main bodies (5, 6) are guided by a first and a second pair of rods (11, 12), which are fixed in a single body with the first and the second main body (5, 6), respectively, and are slidably mutually engaged with each other.
