WASTE SORTING DEVICE
A waste sorting device is characterized in that it is equipped with a waste collection tank coupled to a press (1), a set of sensors (4) submitting information to a controller system (2) which starts an initiated process of crushing with the press (1), during which the set of sensors (4) examines the object in terms of physical properties, and on the basis of signals form a position sensor (5), it opens a trapdoor (6) of the container for waste segregation. Below the collection tank and the press (1), it has a rotatable container for waste segregation, controlled by the controller (2), and rotated for segregation by means of a drive (3). The controller (2) starts the crushing process, and the set of sensors (4) analyzes the hardness, on the basis of resistance to compression, electrical conductivity, magnetic permeability, and then the controller (2) specifies the material from which the segregated waste is made.
Machine for collecting and sorting waste
The invention concerns a machine for collecting and sorting waste comprising a frame (2) with a base (3) resting on the floor and a front face (5) in which an opening (7) is made, allowing access to a waste insertion zone (8), the machine further comprising, inside the frame (2), means (50) of recognizing waste, a waste sorter (40) and means (20, 23) of storing sorted waste comprising at least two containers (20), the machine comprising: an elevator (15) for transporting a waste item inserted into the insertion zone (8), towards the sorter (40) disposed vertically above the insertion zone (8), and the waste sorter (40) being arranged so as to move the transported waste vertically above a container (20), selected according to information furnished by waste recognition means (50), and in which the waste is received. The machine can also comprise means for compacting waste.
Sorting apparatus for separating a receptacle into multiple sections
A sorting apparatus for separating a receptacle into multiple sections includes a first member and a second member. The first member is slidable relative to the second member via respective overlaid portions, and the first member and the second member are configured to engage the receptacle via respective end portions, to secure the sorting apparatus to the receptacle. The sorting apparatus is operable to secure one or more bags or liners within separate sections of a cavity defined within the receptacle, and is operable to increase and/or decrease the volume of the separate sections of the cavity through additional sliding of the sorting apparatus when secured to the receptacle. The one or more bags are usable for separately collecting different types of waste such as trash, compostable material, and recyclables, allowing a user to partition the receptacle and increase ease of collecting compostable material and/or recyclables in addition to trash.
Apparatus for collecting container
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a container collecting apparatus is provided. The container collecting apparatus includes: a container input unit for at least temporarily accommodating a container inserted; and a collection unit provided below the container input unit to collect the container transferred from the container input unit, wherein the container input unit includes: a holding unit on which the container is seated; an opening penetratively formed at one side of the holding unit to transfer the container to the collection unit; and a transfer unit provided with a transfer plate for transferring the container put on the holding unit to the opening by moving from the opposite side of the holding unit toward the opening.
Waste Bin Device
A waste bin device for discreet disposal of feminine hygiene products includes a bin having an interior space that is designed to receive a trash bag to store trash. A bin opening extends into the interior space of the bin. A lid is pivotably coupled to the bin and is positionable to cover the bin opening. A pedal is coupled to the bin and to the lid wherein the pedal is actuatable to position the lid to expose the bin opening. A seal extends across the bin opening. The seal is made from a rubber material wherein the seal is designed to inhibit airflow outwardly from the interior space and wherein the seal is 10 designed to inhibit odors from trash stored within the trash bag from diffusing outwardly from the bin. A drawer coupled to the bin is designed to store a plurality of sanitary products.
Trash receptacle with support stand and bag supply
A trash receptacle integrates a container assembly, bag container assembly, trash compartment assembly, and support assembly. This system forms multiple compartments for organized storage of cleaning supplies and efficient trash disposal. The bag container assembly, located within a second compartment, functions as a storage unit for manually dispensing trash bag rolls through an opening. The trash compartment assembly features a user-friendly drawer for easy trash disposal. Height adjustability, facilitated by a support and slidable support, ensures ergonomic interaction with the container assembly, trash compartment assembly, and bag container assembly, eliminating the need for users to bend over during use.
REFUSE CONTAMINATION ANALYSIS
A computer-implemented method for analyzing refuse includes operations of receiving sensor data indicating an operational state of a vehicle body component of a refuse collection vehicle (RCV); analyzing the sensor data to detect a presence of a triggering condition based at least partly on a particular operational state of the vehicle body component, as indicated by the sensor data; in response to detecting the triggering condition, accessing image data indicating a physical state of refuse collected by the RCV; providing the image data as input to at least one contaminant detection model trained, using at least one machine learning (ML) algorithm, to output a classification of the image data, the classification indicating a degree of contamination of the refuse; and storing, in a machine-readable medium, the classification of the image data.
SEPARATOR ASSEMBLY FOR REFUSE CHUTES
A separator assembly for a refuse chute includes a set of separating chutes, each including an inlet for receiving refuse and an outlet for outputting refuse. The assembly also includes a positioning mechanism configured to locate the set of separating chutes relative to the refuse chute to align an inlet from one of the set of separating chutes with an outlet of the refuse chute. Suitably, each of the set of separating chutes is arranged to direct refuse to a different location when the corresponding inlet is aligned with the outlet of the refuse chute. A separator system includes the aforementioned assembly.
