A combination table and trash receptacle includes a table top mounted on an upper perimeter edge of the container by a plurality of legs. Each leg has a lower end with a channel or notch for receiving the upper edge of the container. The legs are adjustable so as to fit different sized containers. Each cart has a base, a plurality of wheels extending downwardly from the base relative to a vertical axis, and a plurality of walls extending upwardly from the base. The walls and the base of each cart cooperate to define a debris-receiving space. The carts can be engaged by a lifting apparatus that rotates along an arcuate path to position the carts in an unloading position.

A disposal box for used playing cards has a cuboid shape provided with six surfaces, namely, front and back surfaces, left and right surfaces, and upper and lower surfaces in an assembled state. The disposal box further includes viewing windows that are provided with a plurality of holes having a size at which the playing card cannot be taken out, and can allow the used playing cards contained in the disposal box to be visually recognized. To form the walls, the single sheet is welded along a single vertical seam to form a circular-shaped ring. The circular-shaped ring is subjected to a swedging process that produces a rectangular-shaped ring with rounded corners.
