Method, system, and vehicle for autonomous waste removal
A system is disclosed for autonomously removing waste from a plurality of receptacles at separate locations within a service area. The system may include a service vehicle, and a plurality of transporters. The plurality of transporters may be configured to autonomously move the plurality of receptacles to the service vehicle.
CART TRACKING SYSTEM
A system and method for distributing or auditing carts on collection routes includes the ability to add addresses to the route from a handheld device carried on the route. Additionally, the user can add a house to a known address where there was previously not a house. Additionally, the user can add an identifier (such as an RFID tag) to an existing cart along the route.
INCENTIVE-BASED WASTE REDUCTION SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
An incentive-based waste reduction system and method thereof are disclosed herein. In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, an incentive-based waste reduction system comprises a collection means comprising at least a load-determining device, the collection means for obtaining a quantifiable measure of waste material from an entity, a value associated with the quantifiable measure of waste material, an adjustment factor for adjusting the value associated with the quantifiable measure of waste material, determined from an algorithm, the algorithm taking as an input at least a predetermined factor, a credit value associated with at least a quantifiable measure of deposited waste material, and a reward value associated with the credit value. Information about the waste material is transmitted to a host server which performs actions based on the received information, including reconfiguring a deployment scheme of trucks to routes to save resources.

Portable Trash Bag Holder Device
The present invention relates to a portable trash bag holder device primarily comprised of a bracket that is further comprised of a top surface, a bottom surface, a rear surface, at least one pair of side surfaces, and a front surface. In addition, the device is comprised of an outer ring and an inner ring. A trash bag or other bag of the like can be placed within the outer ring, wherein the inner ring can then be placed within the outer ring to secure the bag between both rings and suspend the bag from the device in an opened position. The bracket can further be secured to an object via a strap with a ratchet assembly or by the use of at least one fastener. Therefore, the device can be positioned and used in a plurality of locations and does not require an even ground surface.
Single-Ring Hand Mounted Secure Item Waste Receptacle
A hand mounted secure waste item receptacle is described having a hollow container with a base formed to a single ring-shaped structure sized appropriately for mounting to one or more fingers of a human hand and stabilized against rotational motion. The top surface of the container has a central opening with narrowing slots extending radially outward providing access for the waste items and tool holding such items to be positioned therein and moved outward within any of the slots allowing for a wiping action to remove the waste item from the tool with the waste item to remain within the hollow receptacle.
Electrically-powered waste enclosure
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for controlling electrically-powered trash receptacles and monitoring fullness levels. The system can include a storage enclosure and a bin contained inside the storage enclosure, the bin configured to receive and store items deposited in the storage enclosure, wherein an inside portion of the bin is at least partially covered by a bag placed inside the bin to hold the items deposited in the storage enclosure. The system can also include a sensor configured to sense a content fullness state of the bin and a processor configured to control operations performed by the sensor. In addition, the system can include a sleeve configured to be installed over an inside portion of the bin and the bag, the sleeve at least partially restricting a movement of the bag.
Recycling appliance
A recycling appliance is for processing non-organic recyclable materials and organic materials. The recycling appliance includes a non-organic processing assembly configured to receive, process and store the non-organic recyclable materials. An organic processing assembly is spaced apart from the non-organic processing assembly. The organic processing assembly is configured to receive, process and store the organic materials. A housing assembly is configured to house the non-organic processing assembly and the organic processing assembly.
