A vehicle mounted garbage bin cleaning system including power takeoff includes a first pair of arms for lifting a first garbage bin, a second pair of arms configured for lifting a second garbage bin, a hopper for accepting the first and second garbage bins, at least two spray rods in the hopper, including high-pressure, rotating water nozzles that spray water jets, and a power takeoff driven pressure washing system comprising a gearbox mechanically coupled with a transmission, such that the transmission drives the gearbox the gearbox drives a mechanical means, the mechanical means drives the first pressure washer pump, the at least two spray rods fluidically coupled with the pressure washer pump such that pressure washer pump provides pressurized water to the at least two spray rods.

A vehicle mounted garbage bin cleaning system includes first arms for lifting a first garbage bin, the first arms rotatably coupled to a mount on the vehicle, a hopper for accepting the first garbage bin when the first arms lifts the first garbage bin into the hopper, spray rods extending upwards from the hopper, each spray rod including a high-pressure, rotating water nozzle that sprays a water jet, wherein when the first arms lifts the first garbage bin into the hopper, the spray rods are situated within the first garbage bin, and, second arms configured for grabbing and lifting a second garbage bin smaller than the first garbage bin, the second arms rotatably coupled to the mount on the vehicle in between the first arms, wherein when the second arms lift the second garbage bin into the hopper, a spray rod is situated within the second garbage bin.

Disclosed herein are apparatus, methods and systems for promoting and encouraging the beneficial recycling of food waste. In one aspect, disclosed herein is a tamper resistant lid assembly for a receptacle. The lid assembly is locatable over an opening of the receptacle and comprises a first lid that is operable by a user and which comprises a lock for locking the first lid in a closed configuration; and a second lid that is operable independently of the first lid, the second lid being biased into a closed configuration but openable by a collector of the receptacle in order to empty the receptacle. The assembly is configured such that the second lid is not manually openable.

A device for spraying an enclosure is provided, in particular, a device to spray a toilet bowl. The device for automatically spraying an enclosure closable by a rotatable lid, wherein the device is attachable to the lid, comprises a spraying mechanism suitable for repeatedly spraying individual doses of a cleaning liquid into the interior volume of the enclosure; and an electronic control system which includes a tilt sensor; wherein the control system is configured to detect the orientation of the device, and wherein the electronic control system is programmed to perform steps that allow enhancing the safety and/or reliability of the operation of the device. The sledge includes an upstanding wall having a front side and a back side, a scraper extending at an oblique angle from the front side of the upstanding wall and contacting the interior surface of the floor, and a mount provided on the upstanding wall and engaging the rail to permit the sledge to move from a retracted position proximate the rear end of the end wall to an extended position proximate the front end of the floor.
