A high-practicability car trash can includes a trash can body, an anti-odor cover body, an anti-odor base, and a rotatable connection rod component. The anti-odor cover body is connected to an upper part of the trash can body in a matched manner. The trash can body is of a storable can body structure made of an elastic soft material. The anti-odor base is arranged between the trash can body and the anti-odor cover body. A lower part of the anti-odor base and the upper part of the trash can body are matched in appearance. An upper part of the anti-odor base and the anti-odor cover body are matched in shape. The rotatable connection rod component is configured to connect the anti-odor cover body to the anti-odor base. One end of the rotatable connection rod component is rotatably and movably connected to the anti-odor cover body.
Garbage disposal apparatus
Garbage disposal apparatus (100) for receiving trays comprises a tray receiving means (200), a tray manipulating means (300), a receptacle for garbage disposal (400) and a tray storing means (500), assembled in a way that when garbage disposal apparatus (100) is in operation, the tray receiving means (200) receives a tray (110) which is transported to the tray manipulating means (300) which removes garbage from the tray (110) in the receptacle for garbage disposal (400) and afterwards the tray (110) is stored in the tray storing means (500). Here is disclosed a garbage disposal system (800) which comprises at least one garbage disposal apparatus (100) as described, at least one horizontal tunnel (810), at least one vertical tunnel (820) and at least one tray collecting means (830), arranged so that tray collecting means (830) travels within the horizontal tunnel (810) and is collecting trays (110) from the garbage disposal apparatus (100).
System and method for collecting medical waste that monitors the waste for objects that may have been inadvertantly discarded
A mobile cart that holds a bag for receiving solid waste generated during a medical or surgical procedure. The cart includes a sensor that monitors whether or not an object containing metal is placed in the bag. A processor monitors the signal output by the sensor. If the sensor signal indicates that an object with a minimal amount of metal is placed in the bag, the processor momentarily asserts an audible alarm and continuously asserts a light alarm. The light alarm remains asserted until turned off. If, while the light alarm is on, the sensor signal indicates a second object with the minimal amount of waste is placed in the container, the processor again momentarily asserts the audible alarm. This provides notice that it may be necessary to investigate the contents of the bag to determine if not one but two or more objects were inadvertently discarded.
Cassette with Non-Uniform Liner Cavity
A cassette for disposing waste is provided having a variable cross-sectional geometry. The cross-sectional geometry varies at least at two locations around the periphery of the cassette such that a first maximum height at a first location is different than a second maximum height at a second different location, and the first maximum width at a first location is different than a second maximum width at a second location.
Cutting apparatus and associated systems
A cutting device (200) includes a receiver (404) and a translating head (403). The receiver includes a mounting plate (407) with a first fastener delivery device (307) and a second fastener delivery device (308) coupled thereto. A first gatherer (410) and a second gatherer (411) each extend distally from the mounting plate between the first fastener delivery device and the second fastener delivery device. A cutter (416) extends distally from the mounting plate between the first gatherer and the second gatherer. The translating head includes a complementary cutter (425) to engage the cutter to impart a scissor cutting action as the translating head translates toward the receiver. The translating head can also optionally include a third gatherer (423), a fourth gatherer (424), a first bender (421), and a second bender (422) as well.
Waste Disposal Device
A waste disposal system includes a cassette having a latch feature. The latch feature is received within a cassette interface or secured by a cassette interface. A waste disposal device includes a lid that mitigates disturbance of ambient air surrounding the waste disposal device. A liner clamping system has an associated timing that mitigates against air within the interior space of the waste disposal device from travelling upward through the liner clamping system, past the lid (when the lid is in an open configuration) and outward into the surrounding environment.
Waste-disposal device
A waste-disposal device for use with a bag unit of the type having an annular component from which a free end of tube extends to form a bag. The waste-disposal device comprises a bin having an open top end for accessing an inner cavity of the bin. A support is in the bin adjacent to the open top end and adapted to support the annular component of the bag unit for waste to be received in the bag of the bag unit extending in the inner cavity of the bin, by passing through a central opening thereof. A closing mechanism comprises a door pivotally connected to the support by at least one pivot and an abutment surface in the bin, a pivot axis of the at least one pivot being located at a same height or higher than a bottommost edge of the annular component of the bag unit when received in the support and when the bin has a bottom thereof on the ground. The door is pivotable between a closed position in which the door presses the bag toward the abutment surface to close the bag, and an open position in which the door is away from the abutment surface to open the bag.
BOX INTENDED TO RECEIVE WASTE, IN PARTICULAR MEDICAL WASTE
A box including: a receptacle; a plate fastened on the receptacle and including an aperture for the introduction of wastes; a cartridge containing a waste disinfection fluid, the cartridge being mounted in the receptacle and including a casing and an actuator movable relative to the casing between an inactive position and an active position in which fluid can be expelled through an expulsion hole; a cover which is mounted on the plate and which includes means for activating the actuator of the cartridge. When the cover is in an open position, the actuator is in an inactive position, and the switch of the cover into the closed position causes the switch of the actuator into the active position by the action of the activation means.
METHOD FOR CONVERTING SECONDARY BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL INTO REUSABLE ENERGY AND FOR STORING SAID MATERIAL, ENCASING METHOD, AND ENCASING DEVICE AND ENCASING MATERIAL HEREFOR
The invention relates to a method for converting secondary biological material into reusable energy and for storing said material, said method initially packages, transports, and stores the secondary biological material in portions in at least one gas-tight encasing material in at least one layer. The encasing material and/or a material added to the secondary biological material hereby promotes production of at least one gas in the casing. Further, the invention relates to an encasing method for sealing secondary biological material in portions in casings comprising at least one transport device which is designed to form an accommodation depression together with the first encasing material. The invention further relates to an encasing device for sealing secondary biological material in portions in a sealed casing for each portion comprising at least one fill opening for accommodating a portion of the secondary biological material to be sealed on an encasing material in at least one accommodation body. An encasing material according to the invention comprises a flat, single web or multiple flat webs in multiple layers or a tube, comprising at least one gas-impermeable layer.
Waste Bin
A waste container comprising an opening, a permanent closure member, and an adhesive attached to the closure member for irreversibly sealing the closure member to another part of the container so as to, in use, permanently close the opening in the container.
