Refuse vehicle with spatial awareness
A refuse vehicle comprising a chassis, a body assembly coupled to the chassis, the body assembly defining a refuse compartment, one or more sensors coupled to the body and configured to provide data relating to the presence of an obstacle within an area near the refuse vehicle, a controller configured to receive the data from the one or more sensors, determine, using an obstacle detector and the data, the presence of an obstacle within the area and initiate a control action, wherein the control action includes at least one of controlling the movement of the refuse vehicle, controlling the movement of a lift assembly attached to the body assembly, or generating an alert.
BARREL COVER WITH ENCODER AND STABILIZATION DEVICE, GARBAGE BIN, AND BARREL COVER CONTROL METHOD
Disclosed are a barrel cover with an encoder and a stabilization device, a garbage bin, a barrel cover control method, a motor driver, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The barrel cover with the encoder and the stabilization device includes a housing, a motor, a buffer, a driving shaft, a cover plate, and a drive circuit; the housing is provided with a cover opening, a first connecting base, and a second connecting base; the motor is connected to the housing and provided with an encoder; a first end of the buffer is rotatably connected to the first connecting base, and a rotary shaft of the motor is connected to the first end of the buffer; an end of the driving shaft is rotatably connected to the second connecting base, and the other end of the driving shaft is connected to a second end of the buffer.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MEASURING THE FILL LEVEL OF A TRASH CAN USING A SENSOR
A system for measuring a fill level of a trash can comprises a processor operable to receive a distance measurement from a network, wherein a sensor communicatively coupled to the processor through the network is operable to determine the distance measurement. The processor is operable to calculate a percentage of waste in the trash can based on the received distance measurement and a difference between a first setpoint and a second setpoint. The processor is operable to determine a threshold for a first period of time based on entity information. The processor is operable to compare the percentage of waste in the trash can to the threshold for the first period of time and to send an alert for display on a user device when the percentage of waste is greater than the threshold for the first period of time.
CURRENT DETECTION CIRCUIT AND GARBAGE CAN
Disclosed are a current detection circuit and a garbage can. The current detection circuit may include: a first switching device for being connected with a first current driving end of the direct current motor; a second switching device for being connected with a second current driving end of the direct current motor; a third switching device for being connected with the second current driving end of the direct current motor; a fourth switching device for being connected with the first current driving end of the direct current motor; a control chip, the first switching device, the second switching device, the third switching device and the fourth switching device are all electrically connected with the control chip; and a current detection module, the control chip is connected to a detection output end of the current detection module.
Hands free storage receptacle
A storage receptacle can include a storage bin and a pedal mounted to the receptacle. The pedal can rotate downward when pressure is applied in order to pull on a first cable coupled to the pedal. The first cable is connected to a spring, and the spring is connected to a second cable. The second cable connects the spring to a door via an upper pulley of the receptacle. The second cable causes the door to open when the second cable is pulled based on force applied to the pedal. A bottom pulley can be coupled to the pedal via the first cable and configured to translate an upward pull of the first cable to a downward pull of the spring and second cable. The spring controls the motion of the door such that the door does not open too quickly upon a force being applied to the pedal.
RECEPTACLE WITH BAG LINER DISPENSER
The present disclosure describes a receptacle assembly having receptacle body and a bag liner dispenser connected to the receptacle body. The bag liner dispenser has a biasing member, a magnet, and a sensor. The assembly can have an electronic control unit configured to communicate with the sensor and determine an estimated number of liner bags remaining in the bag liner dispenser at least in part based on one or more characteristics of a magnetic field emitted by the magnet. A network communication device can be connected to the electronic control unit and configured to provide information to a user about bag liners.
Internal shelter arrangement for trash container
A trash container includes a container body, a cover unit, and an internal shelter arrangement. The container body has a top opening and a trash cavity for receiving a trash object through the top opening. The cover unit includes a cover panel for selectively opening and closing the top opening. The internal shelter arrangement includes a shelter boundary frame detachably coupled between the container body and the cover unit, and a shelter unit movably coupled at the shelter boundary frame to seal a shelter opening of the shelter boundary. When the top opening is opened, the shelter unit is downwardly and pivotally folded to open up the shelter opening in response to an external force of a weight of the trash object for disposing the trash object in the trash cavity.
Lighting system for a refuse vehicle
A refuse vehicle includes a chassis, a vehicle body supported by the chassis, a lift assembly, and a projector. The vehicle body defines a receptacle for storing refuse. The lift assembly is configured to selectively engage a waste container. The lift assembly is movable between a first position and a second position. The projector is positioned to emit light outwardly away from the refuse vehicle and proximate the lift assembly to define a target area.
