Modular assembly for regulating moisture and temperature of content in a container
A modular assembly for regulating moisture and temperature of content of a container, and method associated thereof. The system includes a moisture and temperature regulating device with a condenser and an evaporator separated by a heat insulation layer; a container with moist content, the container and the moisture and temperature regulating device are joinable, and moisture and temperature associated with the container are regulated by the moisture and temperature regulating device.
CASSETTE FOR DISPENSING PLEATED TUBING
A cassette to dispense a pleated tubing having an annular body, an annular cover and a plurality of apertures. The annular body may have a generally U-shaped housing with a central cylindrical core. The annular cover may extend over the annular body and define a gap, while being secured to the body. The plurality of apertures may be radially provided in an angular wall in the annular body.
Waste Bin Arrangement
Kit of parts for fitting a waste bin with a waste basket, comprising: a hinge element, the hinge element being arranged for being attached to the waste bin, a waste basket, the waste basket comprising a waste receptacle for retaining waste, the waste receptacle having apertures extending through a wall of the waste receptacle to allow for air to circulate between the inside and the outside of the waste receptacle, wherein the hinge element and the waste basket are arranged so that the waste basket can be releasably rotatably supported by the hinge element.
Expandable and Collapsible Lid System and Method
An expandable and collapsible lid system and method thereof. The system includes at least one container including an opening and at least one corresponding lid. The lid may be operable between an expanded state, a middle state and a collapsed state. The lid includes a flange having a circumscribing lip for releasably sealing the opening of the container and concentric segments. Each concentric segment may be flexibly coupled to an adjacent concentric segment, inner-diameter to outer-diameter, a diameter of the concentric segments decreasing inversely with the distance of the concentric segment from the flange, a concentric segment having a largest diameter being flexibly coupled to the flange. When positioned atop the container, the lid increases a storage volume of the at least one container in the expanded state and forms a pool within the container for nesting of a further container when in the collapsed state.
Waste receptacle with pedal-operated lid
Waste receptacles (100) with pedal-operated lids (108) are provided. A waste receptacle includes an enclosure (102) having an enclosed base portion (104) and at least one sidewall (106) defining an open top portion (105), a lid (108) hingedly coupled to the enclosure and defining a channel, a pedal (112) pivotably coupled to the base portion, and an elongated lift rod (116) having a first end coupled to the pedal and a second end being disposed in the first end of the channel when the pedal is in the first position and the lid is disposed in a closed position and being disposed in the second end of the channel when the pedal is in the second position.
COMPOSTER APPARATUS, METHOD OF MAKING AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
An apparatus as a countertop composter includes a container, a frame, a lid with holes that can be adjustably opened and closed. The container has a bottom wall, a side wall, an open top and a top edge defined by the side wall. The frame is configured to be coupled to and support the container. The container may be made of a resilient material. When the container is inverted, a force is applied onto the bottom of the container to remove the organic waste inside the container.
Method of disposing of soiled materials in a lined storage bin
Methods and apparatus for maintaining a sanitary disposal and storage bin for consumed medical products using a storage bin with a liner bag and an attached shielding grommet in the shape of a circle flattened on one end which, when soiled, may itself be placed in the liner bag within the container.
Diaper disposal system and device
A diaper disposal system includes a diaper disposal container, including a container body and a slidable lid held by guide rails; a window panel; a disposal container support member with attachment points; a diaper disposal device, including an angled chute, handles, a pivotable; and a connecting chute; such that the diaper disposal device is mountable in a window opening of a building, such that an entry aperture of the diaper disposal device is exposed in an interior of the building, such that a diaper is disposable into the diaper disposal device, such that the diaper falls through the angled chute and the connecting chute, and into the diaper disposal container outside the building.
CONTAINERS WITH MULTIPLE SENSORS
A trashcan assembly can include a body portion, a lid portion pivotably coupled with the body portion, and a sensor assembly configured to generate a signal when an object is detected within a sensing region. The sensor assembly can include a plurality of transmitters having a first subset of transmitters and a second subset of transmitters. A transmission axis of at least one transmitter in the first subset of transmitters can be different from a transmission axis of at least one of the transmitters in the second subset of transmitters. An electronic processor can generate an electronic signal to a power-operated drive mechanism for moving the lid portion from a closed position to an open position, such as in response to the sensor assembly detecting the object.
