Convex Interface for Dental Prosthetic Applications
An interface for a dental system enables precise clinical placement of the implant or the root post while allowing axial adjustment of the abutment interface for an optimal prosthetic interface requirement.
Dental restoration system for installing bridge prostheses on mini dental implants
An apparatus for installing a dental prosthesis. The apparatus includes a guide stent having one or more apertures. One or more implants have a tip and an abutment end connected by a body. A bridge prosthesis has one or more bores defined therein. A retaining fixture is disposed in the bore of the prosthesis. The bridge prosthesis is attached to the one or more implants via engagement between the abutment end of the implant and the retaining fixture.
Inter dental implant
A multi-piece dental prosthesis system is provided. The system includes an implant which can be implanted into a bone of the patient, an abutment removably connected to the implant by a prosthetic screw, and a ti-base removably connected to the abutment. The system may be used to hold a crown, denture, or partial denture in place.
Implantable objects, guiding devices, and methods of use thereof
Embodiments of the disclosure relate to implantable objects and guiding devices, as well as recipient site preparation instruments, bone-implantable materials, and methods of fabrication and use thereof.
Quantum Cement Assembly Tool
Tools, assemblies, devices, systems, and methods for easily mounting a crown to a titanium (Ti) base or custom abutment with a tool without having to pre-cement a mounting base to a crown and have to physically hold together the base to the crown until the cement is cured. The implant cementation assembly tool does allow the Ti base and crown to be cemented (pre-cemented) without being constantly held and done outside of the mouth. The embodiments can include a bottom (hard rod, such as plastic or metal) that goes through the Ti base and the crown. The embodiments can include a top that is either threaded to allow it to be screwed onto the hard rod or a top that has a hollow center that can slide over the hard rod and be clamped to the rod. A second embodiment uses a modified hemostat tool with lockable pivoting arms to clamp the crown to the Ti base to allow cement to become set
APPARATUS FOR DENTAL PROSTHETIC PROCEDURE
A dental anchor that is easily planted into a target space created by a lost tooth is presented. The dental anchor has a root portion made to extend into and contact bone tissue and a trunk portion directly attached to the root portion and disposed above gumline. A dental anchor planting apparatus that facilitates the precise planting of the dental anchor is also presented. The apparatus includes a main support and a chinrest, an impression tray, a dental anchor, and a nose bridge support all connected to the main support. The dental anchor of the disclosure may be used instead of a traditional dental implant to shorten procedure time and lower risks of infection and bone damage.
DENTAL ALIGNMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DENTAL IMPLANT PLACEMENT
A dental alignment guide system for dental implant placement has an anatomical guide, a tooth supported guide and a surgical guide. The system further can have an articulation piece, a prosthetic seat, an analog anatomical model and artificial teeth. The system has a plurality of implants, the implants being abutments, preferably multiunit abutments, a plurality of screws for attaching the anatomical guide to bone, pins to removably attach the various guides and the artificial teeth to the anatomical guide as assemblies during the method of practicing the invention.
DENTAL IMPLANT DEVICE AND SYSTEM
A device and a system for forming a releasable connection between a dental implant abutment and prosthetic restoration, and in particular to such a device and system that is configured for use in situations where the inter-occlusal space is very limited, the device having a female connection device having a hollow tubular body featuring an open lumen.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS FOR DESIGNING AND MANUFACTURING A DENTAL IMPLANT
Dental implants may be designed using a three-dimensional scan of an extracted tooth root and/or a corresponding socket site. The dental implant may include a root portion designed to sit below the patient's gum line, a connector portion positioned above the root portion and designed to sit above a rim of a socket site and/or gum line, and an abutment portion positioned above the connector portion upon which a crown may be placed. The root portion may include three sections that correspond to three areas of a three-dimensional scan of an extracted tooth root. The first and third sections of the implant may have a size and shape that corresponds to a first and third portions of the three-dimensional scan, respectively. A circumference of the second section of the implant may be smaller than a corresponding circumference of the second section of the three-dimensional scan of the tooth root.
Overdenture and dental implant framework
A dental prosthesis and a process for design and manufacturing, incorporating an overdenture and a dental implant framework that will be designed and manufactured simultaneously.
