Trash can assembly
A trash can assembly is provided. The trash can assembly provides a trash can facilitating the removal of trash through a bottom end, rather than an upper end of the trash can. The trash can assembly includes a tapering trash receptacle mountable onto a base and a securing mechanism enabling the trash receptacle to be twistably secured thereon via a plurality of notches disposed on the trash receptacle and a plurality of sockets disposed on the base. The base includes legs for immobilizing the trash receptacle when emptying and wheels for moving the trash can as desired. The base includes a watertight interior compartment sized to receive a box for storing trash bags. The trash can assembly further includes a trash bag having the same size and shape of the trash receptacle and including a length greater than the length of the trash receptacle.

WASTE DISPOSAL DEVICE INCLUDING A DIAPHRAGM FOR TWISTING A FLEXIBLE TUBING DISPENSED FROM A CARTRIDGE
A waste disposal device includes a housing and a diaphragm having a plurality of slits. The diaphragm is positioned in the housing to hold a flexible tubing while the flexible tubing is being twisted to encapsulate a waste package that has been inserted into the flexible tubing.
Waste compacting bag support and protector
A shell protects a plastic or paper bag as waste is set therein and allows compacting without harm to the bag. A concentric and conical shield with a toroidal bulge or extended belt has an upper shield opening and a lower shield opening, and a securable base. The shield separates the bag from compacted waste. The base cooperates with the shield to support the bag and its contents. The bag is placed over an upturned shield, the lower opening of the shield being secured to the base at an interface. The shield with bag emplaced thereon, can then be returned right-side up to allow filling of bag. Compacted waste rests on the bottom of the bag, which may be supported by the base. When the bag has become filled with waste, the shield may be removed from within the bag, while the bulge ensures the bag remains upright.
