A waste containment and isolating system used for storing and isolating waste materials in a way that closure of the device and isolating the waste is done remotely and in a way that the user does not need to come in contact with the waste or the containment device is disclosed. The device comprises of a bag containing a drawstring threaded through the center of a flexible tab that is wedged in a fixed position such that pulling on the drawstring portion behind the tab draws in the bag opening into a closed mouth, drawing the closed mouth toward the tab and flexing the tab onto the closed mouth to seal it and prevent odiferous gasses from leaking out.

A device for sanitary collection of materials features a bag having a closed bottom end, side walls that extend from the closed bottom end to delimit a collection space above the closed bottom end, and a hand protector that is attached to one of said side walls and has a hollow interior that is open or openable at one end to enable insertion of one's hand into the hand protector. A handle is provided in an opposing side wall so that that bag can be suspended in an open state between a wrist or forearm on which the hand protector is worn, and the hand of the user's opposite arm. A stamping operation performed on a continuous plastic web is operable to efficiently create the bag and hand protector as integral parts of a unitary bag construction.

Portable ground picking collector
A portable ground picking collector includes a picking tool having two picking portions and a control arrangement equipped with a disposable bag. The disposable bag is constructed by two bag layers to define a storage cavity and an opening. The control arrangement is configured to detachably hold at the picking portions of the picking tool at the bag layers respectively. When the picking tool is actuated to move the picking portions thereof away from each other, the opening of the disposable bag is opened up for receiving ground waste in the storage cavity. When the picking tool is actuated to move the picking portions thereof toward each other for picking up the ground waste, the opening of the disposable bag is closed to retain the ground waste in the storage cavity, such that the disposable bag is detached from the picking tool for disposing the ground waste in the disposable bag.
Apparatus and method for storing garbage outdoors
A storage container that is suitable for storing waste outdoors, including pet waste is described. The storage container has a smaller container inside a large container with a lid the fits over and interior lip or the exterior of the outer container. In one embodiment, a method for storing waste is disclosed by using an inner container inside a larger outer container with a lid that may have an item on top that can serve as a decorative item as well as a handle. A method for using this device is detailed as well as a method of manufacturing the device.
ANIMAL WASTE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL TOOL
Waste clean-up and disposal devices are disclosed for scooping-up, bagging, and disposing of pet waste in a sanitary manner. The device includes a scooper body for removably housing and protecting a flexible tubing dispensing cassette. The scooper body defines a passageway between a waste entrance opening and a waste exit opening. The cassette dispenses flexible tubing from the waste exit opening for receiving waste materials such as pet waste droppings. A blade is preferably connected to the housing for severing of the flexible tubing for disposal.
