DENTAL PROSTHESIS SYSTEM FOR IMPLANT SCREW ANCHOR
Methods, systems, and devices including a dental prosthesis having: a dental implant adapted to be inserted inside a jawbone and defining an elongated cavity; an abutment adapted to be partially inserted inside the elongated cavity and defining an access hole aligned with the elongated cavity; a screw adapted to be inserted inside the elongated cavity and the access hole and coupling the abutment with the dental implant; and an anti-rotation bar disposed inside the access hole and having a first end engaged with a head of the screw and an outer surface disposed in contact with the abutment, wherein the anti-rotation bar restricts a rotation of the screw inside the access hole.

HYBRID TEMPORARY ANCHORAGE DEVICE IMPLANT SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A hybrid temporary anchorage device implant system and method of use is disclosed. A temporary anchorage device (TAD) implant includes an external hex head, a cupped inner portion, a threaded core, a platform, and an implant portion. A first abutment is installed on the implant portion. The first abutment may include a graduated portion, a screw-retained healing collar, and a threaded portion. A second abutment may be installed over the first abutment. The second abutment may include a graduated head, a bulbous base, and an inner canal.
Implant for bone distraction
An implant includes an implant body and a distraction membrane. The distraction membrane is connected to the implant by a connection element. The connection element is arranged movably at least over a portion of a longitudinal axis of the implant body such that the distraction membrane is slidable along at least a portion of the longitudinal axis of the implant body.
Dental system for developing custom prostheses through scanning of coded members
A virtual three-dimensional model for use in developing a patient-specific prosthesis to be coupled to an implant installed in a mouth of a patient includes one or more virtual teeth, virtual gingival tissue, and a floating virtual proxy abutment. The virtual gingival tissue includes a virtual gingival aperture leading to a location for a virtual implant. The floating virtual proxy abutment is positioned relative to the virtual gingival aperture and is virtually detached from the rest of the virtual three-dimensional model. The floating virtual proxy abutment has known characteristics for determining a location and an orientation for the patient-specific prosthesis to be attached to the implant.

HYDRO-MECHANICAL AUTOGRAFTING TOOL AND METHOD OF USE
Methods and tools for expanding a precursor hole in a host material to receive an anchor or fixture. The precursor hole is enlarged by a rotary tool having helical flutes and interposed lands. The lands each have a working edge that densities bone when the tool is rotated in a non-cutting direction. When the tool is used with a copious wash of irrigating fluid, hydraulic pressure builds inside the precursor hole. The operator can modulate the hydraulic pressure by axially stroking the rotating tool. The working edges sweep against the interior surface of the hole to gently expand its diameter by incremental plastic deformations with little to no removal of host material. The host material may be bone and the hole formed may be an osteotomy that is prepared with dense, compacted sidewalls to receive a bone implant with a high degree of primary stability.

Dental implant system
An implant comprising two internal anti-rotational features. One anti-rotational feature is adapted to engage a driving tool, while the other anti-rotational feature is adapted to engage an abutment. An implant abutment system is provided with an angled abutment adapted to mate with one of the anti-rotational features. A second, straight abutment is adapted to engage with the other anti-rotational feature. An abutment is provided with resilient fingers to interface with the implant and provide tactile and audible feedback indicating when the abutment is properly seated. An abutment screw extends through the abutment and engages the implant bore distal of the stem of the abutment. The abutment screw limits axial movement of the abutment relative to the implant. A driving tool comprising one of at least retention structure and visual alignment indicia is provided to facilitate screwing the implant into a patient's bone.
Implantable screw and system for socket preservation
An implantable screw for preserving the integrity of an oral socket and for maintaining space during bone grafting procedures is provided, where the screw has a healing abutment head having a region adapted to support soft tissue, a threaded shaft and a tip adapted to penetrate bone tissue. The temporary implantable screws provided may be used in conjunction with bone graft materials and are removable for placement of an oral implant.
