On the back side of the upper portion is a handle attached to the body of the receptacle. The handle is attached to the upper portion by at least one projecting sidewall. A lid is included, having a convex upper surface and two sets of opposing sidewalk. The opposing sidewalls correspond with the top rim of the body. The lid includes at least one projection to attach to the handle with a securing plate and fastener. The lower portion includes a drainage plug so that liquids within the body can be easily drained. A pair of wheels arc connected by an axle and housed within wheel recesses.

A method for transporting goods on a pallet, where the pallet may be reversibly converted to a bin for the collection of waste and/or recyclable material. The pallet may include a base with side walls and a collapsible sleeve wherein, if the collapsible sleeve is open and joined to the base, the collapsible sleeve, with the base, forms a bin. Goods are transported on the pallet. After unloading the pallets and removing the goods, the pallet may be converted to a bin. Waste or recyclable material may be placed in the bin and transported away. After removing the material in the bin and cleaning the bin, the bin may be collapsed back into a pallet for the transportation of goods.

A plurality of apertures are formed along surfaces of the top section, the bottom section, and/or the central column, for establishing a fluid connection between the fluid channel and the interior volume of the receptacle for the waste liquid to flow. Solidification components are retained within the interior volume of the receptacle. The solidification components are selected to absorb and neutralize components of the waste liquid into a chemically stable solid.

The cut has two ends, including a head end and a tail end. Through the straps, the mouth of the bag can be tied to a garbage bin when in use, preventing the mouth of the bag from falling off. Through the straps, the mouth of the bag can be tightened and closed. The straps are directly formed on the bag body through the cut. The flat bag can be produced more easily, and the cost is lower.
