Modular chute system
A modular chute system for providing safe convenient access to an inside cavity of the chute system from a variety of locations to enhance safer serviceability features a chute channel formed from a plurality of chute sections. Each chute section is formed from a plurality of rigid structural panels. An edge flange is disposed on each panel edge encompassing an entire panel outer periphery, and the edge flange of one panel is connected to the edge flange of another structural panel. Upon removal of a structural panel or set of adjacent structural panels, the chute channel is self-supporting and non-collapsing. Chute serviceability, such as replacement of interior liners or panels, can be accomplished by removing panels and replacing liners without entering the chute cavity.

FLEXIBLE FUNNEL ELEMENT FOR MATERIAL GUIDE CHUTE
A flexible funnel element attachable to a holder funnel element to form a funnel section of a material guide chute. The funnel elements include releasable connections to able the flexible elements to be interchanged at the holder elements when worn. Due to the modular construction of the funnel sections, the guide chute has component parts of different materials such that selected components may be optimized for wear resistance and maintaining the free flow of material through the chute.

Hopper apparatuses for processing a bulk solid, and related systems and methods
A hopper apparatus comprises a movable wall comprising opposing walls movably connected to a support assembly and oriented at acute angles relative to a central vertical axis of the support assembly, and movement control devices configured and positioned to move the opposing walls along the support assembly to control dimensions of a discharge outlet at least partially defined by converging ends of the opposing walls; a liner assembly comprising liner structures at least partially overlying inner surfaces of the opposing walls and configured to remain at least partially stationary relative to the opposing walls during movement of the opposing walls; and pressure sensors between the inner surfaces of opposing walls and portions of the liner structures thereover. A bulk solids processing system and a method of processing a bulk solid are also described.
CHUTE FOR CEMENT TRUCK AND METHOD OF FABRICATING A CHUTE FOR A CEMENT TRUCK
A chute assembly for directing cement from a cement truck is disclosed. The chute comprises an elongate chute of generally u-shaped cross section fabricated from UHMWPe and comprising an upper end and a lower end, a plurality of reinforcing rods arranged along a length of and encased within the UHMWPe, one end of each of the rods adjacent the upper end and another end of each of the rods adjacent the lower end, a pair of u-shaped collars, an upper one of the collars adjacent the upper end and a lower one of the collars adjacent the lower end, and a fastener for securing each of the collars to their respective rod ends. A method of fabrication is also disclosed.

HOPPER FOR CEMENT CHUTE
A concrete accessory for use with a ready mix chute comprises a funnel shaped hopper. The hopper has a wide upper opening of a size corresponding to that of a ready mix chute and tapering to a narrow lower opening. The hopper has a seamless inner surface and a pair of hollow aligned receptacles on opposite sides of the hopper and extending outwardly therefrom proximate the upper opening. An elongate rod has a length greater than the spacing between the aligned hollow receptacles to be received therein. A hanger assembly removably attaches the rod to a ready mix chute, in use, to support the hopper below the chute.
Modular chute system
A modular chute system includes a support bridge having a main body and a plurality of mounting plates spaced apart along the main body. The support bridge has a first end configured to be secured to an infeed component and a second end configured to be secured to a discharge component. The system includes a plurality of ribs, each having an outer portion and an inner portion, where the plurality of ribs is secured to the plurality of mounting plates. The system also includes an inner lining secured across the inner portion of the plurality of ribs, and a plurality of panels each having a mounting bracket on a proximal end secured between the outer portion of adjacent ribs using the mounting bracket. A distal end of each panel is secured through a respective anchor slot to form a continuous sliding surface from the infeed component to the discharge component.
