DEW CONDENSATION PREVENTION DEVICE FOR DISCHARGE CHUTE, AND PARTICULATE FEEDING DEVICE USING SAME
Provided is a dew condensation prevention device for a discharge chute. A tip end portion of the discharge chute has inverted truncated cone-shaped internal and external chutes, a space is provided between an outer surface of the internal chute and an inner surface of the external chute, and a first air discharge port that communicates with the space is provided between respective lower ends of the two chutes. A cylindrical portion having an air reservoir in the interior thereof is provided to surround an outer peripheral surface of the external chute, and by providing an opening between an inner peripheral edge of a lower surface of the cylindrical portion and the outer peripheral surface of the external chute, a second air discharge port that communicates with the air reservoir is provided. Air input pipes for introduction of dry air are connected to the external chute and the cylindrical portion, respectively.
Mobile transfer station for flowable material
A flowable-material transfer station includes a mobile frame and a conveyor coupled thereto. A hopper mounted on the mobile frame has a side wall with an opening. A chute's loading end is rigidly coupled to the hopper at the side wall opening thereof wherein the chute is in fluid communication with the hopper via the opening. The hopper is hingedly coupled to the mobile frame and the chute's dispensing end is positioned over a first end of the conveyor. A lift mechanism is provided to move the hopper between a lowered position and a raised position. The chute's dispensing end is above the chute's loading end when the hopper is in its lowered position, and is below the chute's loading end when the hopper is in its raised position.

Hopper and combination scale comprising the same
A hopper has a gate pivotable to open and close the lower opening of a hopper body, wherein opposing side parts more spaced apart than a width of the body are extending from the gate, and the opposing side parts of the gate are externally fitted pivotably to fulcrum shafts protruding from outer side surfaces of the hopper body. The hopper further includes regulating members interposed between the outer side surfaces of the body and the opposing side parts of the gate. The regulating members are configured to regulate movements of the gate in pivotal directions thereof and are detachably engaged with the fulcrum shafts circumferentially around the fulcrum shafts.
Gravity-fed housing for gasification system
A gravity-fed housing for use in a gasification system is disclosed. The gravity-fed housing has a receiving end panel that forms a receive opening in a first plane. The receive opening is configured to receive a first plurality of heat carriers via gravity. The gravity-fed housing includes a siding connected to the receiving end panel. The siding forms a chamber and a discharge opening in a second plane that is parallel to the first plane. The discharge opening is offset with respect to the receive opening such that a line perpendicular to the receiving end panel that extends through a center point of the receive opening does not intersect a center point of the second opening. The siding includes a first panel that comprises a guiding surface that intersects the line and is angled toward the discharge opening.
CONVEYOR CHUTE COMPRISING A WIDTH ADJUSTING MECHANISM
A conveyor chute is suitable for use as a store for goods, such as packages and pieces of luggage. The conveyor chute has at least one sliding section with an inclined sliding surface with a direction of fall along the sliding surface as well as a sliding width. The sliding section has a width adjusting mechanism which allows the goods to be distributed across at least part of the sliding width and which thus allows the conveyor chute to be used in an improved manner for storing the goods.
TRIM CHUTE
A trim chute for a loading apparatus for loading particulate material into a container, the trim chute being configured to be engaged with the loading apparatus to direct particulate material into the container, the trim chute being moveable with respect to the loading apparatus during loading, movement of the trim chute effecting a change in flow of the particulate material into the container.
APPARATUS FOR DIVIDING HORTICULTURAL PRODUCTS
An apparatus for dividing horticultural products, propelled by a fluid for transport from an intake region connected to an upstream station to an evacuation region connected to a downstream station. The apparatus comprises includes a supporting frame for a contoured floor, which is arranged so that a first edge is at said intake region and is arranged so that a second edge, arranged opposite the first edge, is at the evacuation region. The contoured floor includes a plurality of lanes interposed in a parallel arrangement between the regions and have a substantially V-shaped transverse cross-section so as to produce the progressive conveyance and alignment of the horticultural products in transit along the bottom of each lane.
