GOODS TO OPERATOR WORKSTATION
In various embodiments, a goods to operator workstation is provided. The goods to operator workstation include an upper level. The upper level includes an upper level conveyor and one or more upper level container bays configured to receive and present one of the one or more upper level containers. The goods to operator workstation also includes at least one connector panel extending from the upper level. The goods to operator workstation further includes a lower level coupled to the at least one connector panel. The lower level is configured to receive one or more lower level containers. A gap is defined between the upper level and lower level that is sized to allow the one or more lower containers to be placed on the lower level. A method of operating the goods to operator workstation is also included.
PORTABLE CONVEYOR ROLLER DISLODGING DEVICE
A portable roller dislodging device is disclosed. The device is configured to dislodge a jammed roller of a conventional conveyor. The device may be detachably secured to the rail of the conveyor about any selectively-desired position. The device includes a motor, a rotating motor shaft, and a means for coupling the motor shaft to the jammed roller to facilitate dislodgement thereof. The device may be operated remotely via a wireless remote control device.

Nonferrous extrusion handling systems and processes
The specification discloses a nonferrous extrusion system and process providing improved transfer of extrusions from the runout table to the cooling table. The runout table includes interleaved runout rollers and transfer rollers that are vertically shiftable with respect to one another. The transfer rollers additionally are horizontally shiftable between the runout table and the cooling table. The runout table receives extrusions in a longitudinal direction. The vertical and horizontal shifting of the rollers is controlled to transfer the extrusions from the runout table to the cooling table.

Modular roller conveyor
A modular roller conveyor comprising a plurality of conveyor modules interconnected by a plurality of links. Each conveyor module comprises an entry end and an exit end, opposing side rails, and a conveying surface coupled to the opposing side rails. The links are operable to rotate the conveyor modules between a stacked configuration and a coplanar configuration. In alternative embodiments, a plurality of modular roller conveyors may be pivotally connected by hinges disposed along the perimeter of the bottom conveyor module. Each conveyor module may include separators at its entry and exit ends and wheels on the bottom conveyor module. Additionally, a system is disclosed that includes a stacking tool operable to transition the modular roller conveyor between the stacked and coplanar configurations.
DYNAMIC STORAGE DEVICE AND DYNAMIC ACCESS MANAGEMENT METHOD
A dynamic storage device includes a storage area, a power carrying and moving device, a carrier group, a carrier detection device, a power transmission device, a gate, a gate detection device, a temporary storage area and a temporary storage area detection device. The storage device further includes a central control system for commanding, controlling, instructing and managing the aforementioned components and managing the information returned from each component. A Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) technology is used to implement the dynamic storage device and the dynamic access management method. Basically, the RFID tag is labelled to the carrier instead of the object, and the targets managed by the storage device and dynamic access management method are the carrier and carrier group. Each carrier forming the carrier group records the detailed object information contained in the carrier by the RFID tag, so as to achieve the effects of managing the object, improving the space utilization of the storage device, and recording the storage locations of all objects correctly and completely by the central control system.
Device for examining a conveyor system, and control unit, motorized roller, conveyor system, and method
A device for examining a conveyor system having one or more motorized rollers comprises a measuring unit for determining a current profile of the motorized roller, wherein the measuring unit has a first interface and a second interface which are adapted to switch the measuring unit in the conveyor system between the motorized roller and a control unit controlling the motorized roller. A third interface is provided for receiving data on an operating situation present during the determination of the current profile. An evaluation unit is adapted to compare the determined current profile of the motorized roller with a reference profile which is characteristic for the operating situation.
