Systems, apparatuses, and methods of mounting a roller of a conveyor

A conveyor is described. The conveyor includes: a conveyor frame having a sidewall and a roller. In some examples, the roller can be mounted on the conveyor frame so that a first portion of the roller extends beyond the sidewall of the conveyor frame. In this regard, the first portion of the roller is the portion that includes a bearing assembly of the roller and the sidewall is that portion of the conveyor frame that guards a conveying surface of the conveyor. The conveyor also includes a strip belt-mounted over a second portion of the roller. The second portion is a portion of the roller that is defined adjacent to the first portion of the roller. In some examples, the strip belt is mounted over the roller so that the strip belt is positioned adjacent to the sidewall on the conveyor.

Some embodiments of the technology disclosed herein relate to a sensor device. An elongate sleeve has a first end and a second end and extends along a longitudinal axis. A plurality of sensors are fixed relative to the sleeve. A first endcap is coupled to the first end, where the first endcap has an endcap body. A first axle is coupled to the endcap body, where the first axle extends along the longitudinal axis and the first axle defines a retaining feature. An intermediate component is coupled to the first axle, and the intermediate component is selectively rotatable about the longitudinal axis. The sensor device has an orientation locking structure that is configured to be engaged to selectively fix the orientation of the intermediate component about the longitudinal axis relative to the endcap body.

Gap Accessary Device for Elevated Roller Rails

SKATE WHEEL CONVEYOR WITH QUICK ASSEMBLE FEATURE

A skate wheel conveyor system includes a pair of frame sides of a frame assembly. A plurality of preassembled rollers is received between the pair of frame members. Each of the rollers includes a plurality of wheels interposed between a plurality of spacers and a shaft receiving the plurality of wheels and the plurality of spacers. A quick assembly system retains the rollers between the pair of frame members and minimizing deflections of the preassembled rollers.

Roller assembly of a cargo loading system

A cargo handling system that enables rollers to swivel without the need for the inclusion of metal thrust bearings. A method of assembling and retrofitting existing conventional type swivel caster style wheels is also provided.

A roller track includes a base, parallel guides, roller support bars placed into their respective guides, and a plurality of rollers removably disposed between the roller support bars. The roller support bars preferably are removably secured to the base via the respective guides which are affixed to the base. The base also can be provided with connecting elements sidewalls thereof such that a plurality of bases of roller tracks can be connected laterally to accommodate any width of shelf or display planogram. Thus, the roller tracks can be used either separately roller tracks or as a continuous mat (i.e. a plurality of roller tracks affixed to adjacent roller tracks). Additionally, dividers can be removably affixed to each roller track via securing members comprising an upper body portion formed via a living hinge and at least one lower connector that removably connects the securing member to the roller track.

Material handling solutions for drones

A drone comprises at least one propeller for generating lift and an article containment area for containing an article to be carried by the drone. The floor of the article containment area comprises a dynamic support surface for supporting the article and allowing the article to move into, out of and through the article containment area. The dynamic support surface may be a conveyor belt forming the floor of the article containment area.
