FOLDING WING FOR A CONVEYOR
A folding wing for a conveyor is disclosed that can extend to facilitate sorting of items and providing additional space for docking locations. A first and second section each have a conveyor surface; and are coupled with a reverse-knee joint such that, in a folded configuration the conveyor surface of the first section and the conveyor surface of the second section are adjacent, and in an unfolded configuration, the first section conveyor surface and the second section conveyor surface form a contiguous conveyor surface. In some examples, the frame may be made of aluminum, and the rollers made of PVC, in order to reduce weight. In some examples, the folding section may measure approximately two feet by two feet. The folding assembly may drop down for even more space savings, when not in use, and be supported in an extended configuration with a second reverse knee joint.
AIR BEARING CONVEYOR
A roller conveyor having a bed of rollers supported by air bearings and driven by a linear-motor stator. The rollers are made of electrically conductive or magnetic material to operate as rotors forming linear motors with the linear stator. Air bearings support the ends of the rollers. Intermediate air bearings support the middle of long rollers in wide conveyors.

WINDOW MANUFACTURING CONVEYOR SYSTEM AND METHOD
A six-part conveyor system sharing a common line of dependency for the streamlined manufacturing of windows allowing both sides of the window to be easily worked on without the need for users to lift and move the window from one segment of a conveyor system to another. The window manufacturing conveyor line is designed to streamline the manufacture of windows. This system and method allows a user to easily move glass panels, speeding up productivity and provide efficiency by putting holding clips on glass in a first station, applying fast drying sealant to a tipped piece of glass in a second station, and moving to a final station where the glass window is prepared for shipping wherein the shipping cart is moved into position around the final station and window is lowered onto the cart.

Pallet displacement system for a pallet storage assembly
A pallet displacement system for a pallet storage assembly, including a pair of spaced apart rail assemblies, each rail assembly including a rail having plurality of rollers rotatably mounted thereon for supporting one or more pallet, a pallet engagement element slidingly engaged to the rail and a pair of springs operatively connecting the pallet engagement element to a front end of the rail on respective sides thereof. In use, the sequential positioning of a plurality of pallets onto the rail assemblies results in a first pallet engaging the pallet engagement elements, extending the springs and therefore accumulate potential energy. When one or more of the plurality of pallets is removed from the rail assemblies, the potential energy is transformed into kinetic energy, pulling the pallet engagement elements toward the front of the rail assemblies, which in turn displaces remaining pallets toward the front.

Method for constructing a carton flow bed rack and carton flow bed rack
A method for constructing a carton flow bed rack (1) includes specifying a number of levels of the carton flow bed rack (1). The method also includes specifying whether and where each level has a load end, and/or an unload end, and/or a stop end. The method further includes specifying at least one of a height, a width, and a depth of the carton flow bed rack and providing and dimensioning components for assembling the carton flow bed rack according to the specifications.

Conveying Systems and Methods of Use
The present invention provides an improved conveyor system that provides for a magnetically driven conveyor system in which a sidewall of the conveyor may have minimal or no perforations therein for connecting rollers or other conveying structures in the conveyor bed to an external driving mechanism. The conveyor system may also provide gapless or nearly gapless roller bed that prevents or reduces the accumulation of debris and contaminants in and between the hardware of the conveyor bed. The system of the present invention may provide a more efficient and sanitary conveyor system for produce washing or other food processing application that requires less maintenance.
