BELT CONVEYOR CAPABLE OF CONVEYING OILSEED PRODUCTS
A belt and a belt conveyor are provided for transporting particulate material and especially oilseeds up the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor can include an intake end having a hopper, a discharge end, a body extending between the intake end and the discharge end and a belt. The belt travels along a travel path in the belt conveyor; the belt traveling through the hopper, up an upper run in the body to the discharge end, down a return run in the body, and back through the hopper. The belt can have a top surface having pairs of adjacent ridges provided on the top surface, each ridge having a pair of arms extending from a point, in a travel direction of the belt, wherein each pair of adjacent ridges define a v-channel on the top surface of the belt.
SELF-STACKING SPIRAL BELT CONVEYOR WITH SMOOTH DIAMETER REDUCTION
A spiral conveyor having a self-stacking conveyor belt positively driven on a helical path up or down a drive drum. Stacker supports at opposite sides of the belt support the tiers above. Locking structure on the outer stacker supports interlock consecutive tiers. Drive members on the drive drum have a belt entrance segment and a positive-drive segment. The positive-drive segment has ridges that engage the inner side of the belt without slip. The entrance segment provides a smooth reduction in drum diameter without drive ridges to multiple belt tiers entering the helical path.

BELT CONVEYOR DEVICE WITH DEFLECTING ROLLER
A belt conveyor device for conveying food products includes a frame, a conveyor belt and a drive device configured to drive the conveyor belt. The drive device includes a drive roller configured to drive the conveyor belt, a first deflecting roller configured to guide the conveyor belt, a second deflecting roller configured to guide the conveyor belt, and a first locking device configured to secure the first deflecting roller in an operating position, and a first engagement guard configured to cover a first gap between the first deflecting roller and the conveyor belt when the first locking device secures the first deflecting roller in the operating position.

Quick release draper belt tensioning system
A draper belt tensioning system having a frame, roller, control link, and tension link. The roller is movable relative to the frame. The control link has a proximal end pivotally attached to the frame, and a distal end that is remote from the proximal end. The tension link has a proximal end connected to the roller and a distal end connected to the control link at a connection location offset from a control link pivot axis. The control link is movable between a locked position in which the connection location is on a first side of the roller rotation axis and the control link pivot axis, a centered position, and an unlocked position in which the connection location is on another side of the roller rotation axis and the control link pivot axis. The control link has a greater angle in the locked position than in the unlocked position.

Support station, belt conveyor and method of manufacturing such a support station
A support station includes a frame, at least two support rollers separated transversely by a gap, and a nip angle protector, which includes, for the or each gap, a gap protector placed longitudinally opposite the gap on an upstream side of the gap. The support station can be manufactured by obtaining a profile with a continuous upper edge and a continuous lower part along its entire length, and cutting the space and the slots, by T-punching the profile.
