Conveying Device Drivable By Rack Gear
20170152925 · 2017-06-01 ·

A conveying device drivable by rack gear has a towed hook further forward than a front end of a rack gear mounted to a conveying traveling body. A driving pinion gear, disposed at an entrance of a rack gear drive section, has a drawing-in claw that engages the towed hook and draws in the conveying traveling body to a position where the front end of the rack gear meshes with the driving pinion gear. The towed hook has, at a position at a rear side of a hook portion at a distal end thereof and further forward than the front end of the rack gear, an advance preventing claw portion disposed continuous thereto that, together with the hook portion, sandwiches the drawing-in claw, and the hook portion has a length such that it enters more deeply inside a rotation locus of the drawing-in claw than the advance preventing claw portion.

A transport facility includes a travel rail along a travel path, a transport vehicle, and a guide rail disposed along the travel path separately from the travel rail to guide the transport vehicle. The transport vehicle includes a vehicle body, a guided portion guidable by the guide rail, at least one travel wheel supported on the vehicle body to roll on an upper surface of the travel rail, and at least one rise restrictor supported on the vehicle body. The guide rail is disposed in at least one of an intersecting section or a curved section of the travel path without being disposed in a straight section of the travel path. The rise restrictor faces, from below, a guide rail lower surface of the guide rail in a section in which the guide rail is disposed and contacts the lower surface in response to a rise of the vehicle body.

Logistics conveying line, logistics conveying line system, and logistics conveying method

A logistics conveying line for conveying a workpiece includes a frame including at least two stations and a driving mechanism including a driving portion and a connecting member. The driving portion is movably mounted at the frame. The connecting member is movably mounted at the driving portion. The connecting member is configured to switch between a connected state and a disconnected state with respect to a carrier. The carrier is configured to bear the workpiece. The driving portion is configured to, when the connecting member is in the connected state with respect to the carrier, drive the carrier to move from one of the stations to another one of the stations.

Roller shoe and slat sorter conveyor

A roller shoe slat sorter conveyor system includes a conveyor forming an upwardly facing support surface. The support surface includes slots oriented transversely to the conveying direction and a plurality of roller shoe assemblies mounted for sliding movement along respective slots for transversely discharging objects from a medial position to either side of the conveying surface. Each roller shoe assembly includes a releasably mounted carrier disposed below the conveying surface. The releasable connection enables the roller shoe to detach from the carrier, and be manually reattached. The elongated roller shoe features downward slanting ends and includes a plurality of roller wheels extending above the surface of the shoe mounted to axles movable in a vertical axis whereby an article resting on the rollers of a shoe depresses the rollers so they contact the slat surface and move an article resting thereon at twice the speed of the shoe.

AUTOMATIC LOGISTICS SORTING APPARATUS INCLUDING LNB SORTERS

The present invention provides an automatic logistics sorting apparatus including LNB sorters. The automatic logistics sorting apparatus includes: a transfer conveyor configured such that a plurality of LNB sorters spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance are installed in the form of an endless track in order to transfer the products in one direction; LNB sorters configured to sort and discharge the products in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the transfer conveyor; a wireless communicator installed in each of the LNB sorters in order to enable wireless communication with a server so that the products can be sorted in a direction orthogonal to the transfer conveyor; and a power connection unit installed to supply power to the wireless communicator and the roller motor that are installed on the LNB sorter.

OBJECT CONVEYING SYSTEM

The disclosure discloses an object conveying system which includes an object conveying apparatus and a mounting table. The object conveying apparatus includes a traveling member, the vehicle member, and a transporting member. A rail which extends along a horizontal direction is disposed between the object conveying system and the mounting table. A horizontal moving mechanism of the vehicle member moves back and forth along the rail. The rail includes a first rail and a second rail having different horizontal heights in an up-down direction and extending along the horizontal direction. While the horizontal moving mechanism is moving to the side away from the object conveying apparatus, a first wheel of the horizontal moving mechanism moves along the first rail, and a second wheel of the horizontal moving mechanism moves along the second rail.

Robotic stack mover

The present application discloses a robotic stack mover system, and a method and a computer system for controlling the robotic stack mover system. The robotic stack mover system includes a driving unit comprising a motor, a drive chain, a tensioning unit that enforces tension of the drive chain, and a guide rail traversing a distance between the driving unit and the tensioning unit. The motor is operatively coupled to the drive chain, and the motor is configured to drive the drive chain when the motor is driven. The guide rail comprises or supports the drive chain. The driving chain comprises a set of pusher units. The pusher units are respectively configured to engage one or more vehicles inserted to the system, and to cause one or more vehicles to traverse a path having a same direction as a longitudinal direction of the guide rail when the driving chain is driven.

Article transport facility

In the case where a transport vehicle has received both a first passage permission and a second passage permission and is to pass through a second passing point, when the travel distance of the transport vehicle from a first stopping point reaches a first set distance, the transport vehicle issues, to a zone control device, a first occupation revocation request for revoking permission to occupy a first passing point, and when the travel distance of the transport vehicle from the first stopping point reaches a second set distance, the transport vehicle issues, to the zone control device, a second occupation revocation request for revoking permission to occupy the second passing point.
