Zero tension system conveyor
Zero tension system conveyor. A conveyor belt is driven by at least a portion of the conveyor belt being in continuous contact with a block chain within at least a portion of an overall conveyor belt system. Such a conveyor belt system may be implemented in a spiral configuration such that a relatively small portion of the overall width of the conveyor belt is in contact with the block chain above and/or below the conveyor belt. The static force/weight of the conveyor belt in conjunction with the continuous contact between at least a portion of the conveyor belt and the block chain effectuates the driving of the conveyor belt through the overall conveyor belt system. The block chain is composed of a number of links, at least some of which include a respective hook/protrusion on one side thereof, for being directly engaged by drum bars implemented within a drum assembly.

Zero tension system conveyor. LATERALLY ARTICULABLE BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
A laterally articulable belt conveyor assembly is provided. The assembly has a central chain forming a loop extending around a first roller wheel and a second roller wheel, a plurality of elongate slats operably coupled to the central chain and each having rolling members at their lateral ends, a belt operably coupled to each of the plurality of elongate slats, the belt configured to carry excavated muck from a loading end portion to an unloading end portion. The assembly further includes a plurality of guide rail pairs each forming a gap for receiving the rolling members therebetween and directing the plurality of elongate slats along the gap. The guide rail pairs can be articulable from a straight configuration to a curved configuration, where the belt travels in a laterally curved path. The guide rail pairs can be telescoping in length to adjust to the curved configuration.
LATERALLY ARTICULABLE BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
A laterally articulable belt conveyor assembly is provided. The assembly has a central chain forming a loop extending around a first roller wheel and a second roller wheel, a plurality of elongate slats operably coupled to the central chain and each having rolling members at their lateral ends, a belt operably coupled to each of the plurality of elongate slats, the belt configured to carry excavated muck from a loading end portion to an unloading end portion. The assembly further includes a plurality of guide rail pairs each forming a gap for receiving the rolling members therebetween and directing the plurality of elongate slats along the gap. The guide rail pairs can be articulable from a straight configuration to a curved configuration, where the belt travels in a laterally curved path. The guide rail pairs can be telescoping in length to adjust to the curved configuration.
IMPROVED CONVEYOR SYSTEM
Disclosed herein is a conveyor system that includes: a plurality of elongate rib elements coupled in a spaced transverse configuration atop a pair of chassis rails, each of the rib elements defining an elongate through opening; a planar support element coupled atop the rib elements, for supporting a portion of the conveyor belt assembly; a conveyor belt assembly having a conveyor belt, a plurality of transverse belt support elements coupled across a plurality substantively parallel lengths of conveyor chains, and the conveyor belt; whereby the planar support element is sized to enable a path for the conveyor belt system when formed in continuous loop configuration being returned through the apertures defined in each rib element; and a pair of transverse axles operating about each end of the conveyor assembly, each axle having a gear for engaging a respective chain, wherein one axle is driven to move the conveyor belt assembly.

Modular Conveyor Assembly Cassette
A modular conveyor assembly employable with a materials mixing system is provided that includes an elongate frame supporting a motor driven axle, an idler axle, and a plurality of rollers supported in individual rotational fashion by the frame, and a belt and chain subassembly configured to be cycled rotationally about the axles and rollers, where the belt and chain subassembly includes first and second chains each attached along first and second sides of the belt, respectively, so that the belt and chains move in unison, and wherein the frame is configured to be detachable from a materials mixing system without the need to disassemble substantial components of the modular conveyor assembly.
Conveying device with an extensively extended conveying element
A conveying device with an extensively extended conveying element that is led in a revolving manner along a conveying direction, is deflected at the head-ends of the conveying device and is laterally enclosed by side closure beams. The conveying device includes a drive device with a drive motor to drive the conveying element. The drive device is arranged between the two head-ends, between the side closure beams, and between the upper conveying section and the lower return section of the conveying element. The drive device includes a drive element that is arranged in a revolving manner about two deflection pivots spaced from one another in the conveying direction, and is driven by the drive motor. The drive element supports the upper conveying section of the conveying element, which is arranged at the top, and with this forms a contact fit for transmitting a drive force onto the conveying element.
Conveying device with an extensively extended conveying element
A conveying device with an extensively extended conveying element that is led in a revolving manner along a conveying direction, is deflected at the head-ends of the conveying device and is laterally enclosed by side closure beams. The conveying device includes a drive device with a drive motor to drive the conveying element. The drive device is arranged between the two head-ends, between the side closure beams, and between the upper conveying section and the lower return section of the conveying element. The drive device includes a drive element that is arranged in a revolving manner about two deflection pivots spaced from one another in the conveying direction, and is driven by the drive motor. The drive element supports the upper conveying section of the conveying element, which is arranged at the top, and with this forms a contact fit for transmitting a drive force onto the conveying element.
