Modular top flatwire conveyor belt systems and methods
A flatwire conveyor belt assembly includes pickets defining a leading link and a trailing link, wherein adjacent pickets are coupled with a cross-rod that extends through openings formed in the leading link and in the trailing link of adjacent pickets. Top plates are coupled to the pickets and define a conveying surface.
Rod belt for rod belt conveyor
The invention relates to a rod belt for rod belt conveyors, in particular of agricultural machines, with transverse rods (4) arranged transverse to a running direction and parallel to one another, whereby the transverse rods (4) rest on tension-proof elastic and continuous belts (3) running parallel to one another and being attached to the belts (3) by attachment at a pre-determined rod spacing. According to the invention, it is provided that on at least one of the belts (3) a belt clip (5) is affixed via attachment (6), whereby said so attached belt clip (5) confines at least one cavity on a support surface of the respective belt (3) and at least one of the transverse rods (4) is cage-like housed in the at least one cavity in such a manner that the at least one transverse rod (4) is fixated via the belt clip (5) to the at least one belt such a manner that the at least one transverse rod (4) is fixated via the belt clip (5) to the at least one belt.
Side-by-side slats for a chain conveyor belt and conveyor belt system comprising same
A conveyor belt system provides a continuous flat support surface for a food item that moves the food item through a food preparation device. The conveyor belt system includes a conveyor belt having a plurality of spaced apart rods and a plurality of slats that are removably attached to the conveyor belt with a rod connection mechanism. The slats also include a lateral connection mechanism for lateral removable attachment to an adjacent slat. The slats are easily assembled and provide enhanced field service and/or replacement capability.
CHAIN CONVEYOR AND LINK FOR SAME
A link for a conveyor chain includes a first portion and a second portion laterally spaced apart from the first portion. The first portion includes a first sprocket-engaging pin, and the second portion includes a second sprocket-engaging pin. The first sprocket-engaging pin and the second sprocket-engaging pin protrude laterally away from one another. The first sprocket-engaging pin and the second sprocket-engaging pin may each have an oblong cross-section. At least one retainer can secure a connecting pin against movement relative to at least one of the first portion and the second portion, and each retainer can be positioned substantially within one of the first portion and the second portion.

ENDLESS MACERATION CONVEYOR ASSEMBLY WITH JUICE DEFLECTOR
In a maceration conveyor assembly (10) a juice deflector (50) deflects juice around a return run of a conveyor into a trough (51). Preferably the juice deflector and trough are configured as opposed axially extending V-shaped stainless steel plates. The assembly (10) feeds into a first mill (11) of a milling tandem, and output from the mill (11) is delivered onto another conveyor and carried to the next mill in the tandem. Low pol maceration liquid is returned to the conveyor via return lines to respective distribution weirs (16) and (17). The conveyor assembly (10) includes an inlet end (20) and an outlet end (21) all supported on a supporting framework (22) so that the assembly is inclined from the inlet end (20) to the outlet end (22). An endless plate conveyor (25) comprises interconnected perforated plates (26) adapted to pivot relative to each other in chain like fashion.
Transport group for container sterilization apparatuses
A transport group for container sterilization apparatuses a includes a conveyor belt, which defines an operational plane and advances along an advancement direction, and a number of support elements, mutually separated, and integral and movable with the conveyor belt. Each support element has longitudinal development transverse to the advancement direction and lying along a direction parallel to the operational plane. Each support element defines a number of shaped seats arranged along the longitudinal development. Each shaped seat is adapted to temporarily house a respective container.

Spiral Conveyor Construction as Well as a Drive Tower
The invention relates to a spiral conveyor construction comprising an endless conveyor belt assembled from a plurality of substantially identical modular belt links, where the endless conveyor belt is guided on a conveying path, where at least a part of the conveying path is surrounding a drive tower, where the drive tower can rotate around a vertical axis, such that the drive tower engages a side surface of the endless conveyor belt thereby propelling the endless conveyor along the conveying path characterized in that spaced along the periphery of the drive tower are arranged vertical engagement members, where at least some of these engagement members has a vertically arranged rib projecting radially away from the drive tower, and where on a lower section of the drive tower adjacent at least some of the engagement members with projecting ribs, blocks are provided, said blocks near the bottom of the drive tower radially project further from the drive tower that the engagement members, and where the blocks are provided with a radially extending secondary rib which secondary ribs extend from the block and increases their extend upwards from zero extend to an extend corresponding to the radially extend of the rib on the adjacent engagement member near the upper end of the block, and where the secondary ribs and/or the ribs on the engagement members engages and propels the endless conveyor belt along the conveying path.
Linking system and method
A linking system adapted to link a plurality of products comprises a supply device having a tray with a slide slot adapted to load a first row of products therein, a gripping device having a gripper adapted to grip the first row of products and a moving mechanism adapted to move the gripper, and a holder adapted to hold the first row of products. The gripping device is adapted to move the first row of products from the supply device to a holding position on the holder and the holder is adapted to hold the first row of products at the holding position. The gripping device is further adapted to grip a second row of products from the supply device and link the second row of products to the first row of products held by the holder.
