CONVEYOR SYSTEM FOR HIGH PRODUCTION LASER CUTTING AUTOMATED SYSTEM
A laser cutting system wherein a conveyor system indexes sheet material through various processing stations, the processing stations operating simultaneously during the time period when the conveyor is stopped and wherein the conveyor system is in the form of an endless belt.
Device for conveying and retaining glass sheets, particularly in a washing facility, and associated method
A device for conveying and holding a sheet of glass includes a conveyor and a holder configured to hold a sheet of glass in position, in particular in a horizontal position. The holder includes at least two spaced-apart and parallel lateral conveying systems, and a multitude of spaced-apart wires extending transversely with respect to the lateral conveying systems and borne thereby, the sheet of glass being intended, via at least all or part of its lateral sides, to be pressed locally against the wires, and a delivery system configured to deliver pressurized water and/or air jets, the pressurized jets being intended to be sprayed toward the upper face of the sheet of glassthe opposite face to the one supported by the wires, so as to keep the sheet of glass pressed firmly against the wires.

An improved bar conveyor
A continuous bar conveyor includes a plurality of bars, constrained at their ends by chains having links adapted to be engaged by motorized toothed wheels, so as to move the conveyor along fixed guides, and a plurality of spirals wrapping the bars in pairs, the links of the chains and the spirals limiting the maximum distance between adjacent bars, but also allowing their reciprocal movement, wherein, between adjacent successions of at least two bars wrapped by a spiral, there is at least one bar that is not wrapped by spirals, and to which a sheet of plastic material is constrained, having an elevated resistance to the operating temperature of the conveyor and a smooth, non-stick surface, the sheet resting on the upper surface defined by the spirals and having a dimension in the advancing direction of the conveyor smaller than the distance between successive bars not wrapped by spirals.
Flight conveyor
A flight conveyor for conveying material includes a frame, drive and idler wheel(s) rotatably mounted on the frame, segments for supporting the material, shafts for pivotally interconnecting the segments to an endless row which has an upper row and a lower row running, during operation, over the drive and idler wheel(s) and a number of conveyor flights for bringing the material along in the conveying direction. A scraper is arranged at the drive wheel for successively scraping off adhered material from segments and flights such that the conveyor can be used for conveying products tending to adhere to the surfaces of the segments and the flights since the adhered products are automatically removed by the scraper.
Conveying facility
A conveying facility with a drivable conveying member that forms a sheet-like main surface that faces the conveyed item and defines a conveying stretch. The conveying member includes at least one conveying element that forms at least a part of the main surface. The conveying member also includes rollers that, via roller holders, are rotatably mounted on the at least one conveying element about roller pivots and can selectively assume the state of a freewheel position, an arrested position or a drive position. The conveying facility also has at least one conveying container that lies on the conveying member in a connection-free manner, wherein the rollers project at least partly beyond the main surface of the conveying element so that the at least one conveying container lies on the rollers.
Assembly, and method, for processing fruit and vegetable products
An assembly for processing fruit and vegetable products includes a plurality of units for containing fruit and vegetable products (A), which can move in sequence along a conveyance line. The assembly includes at least one vision element, arranged along the line and intended at least to check the actual number (N) of containment units on which each product (A) lies and is conveyed along the line, with such actual number (N) being able to depend randomly or otherwise on the size, shape, arrangement and/or method of loading on the line of the respective product (A). Downstream of the element there are at least one first device for weighing a first predefined number (n.sub.1) of consecutive containment units and at least one second device for weighing a second predefined number (n.sub.2) of consecutive containment units.
FRICTION-TYPE DRIVE APPARATUS AND CAROUSEL COMPRISING SAME
A friction-type drive apparatus and a carousel comprising the same are disclosed. A friction-type drive apparatus, according to one embodiment, comprises: a motor; a drive pulley rotated by the motor; a belt connected to the drive pulley; a driven pulley rotating in accordance with the drive of the belt; a pressing unit contacting the inner surface of the belt; and an elastic unit for pressing the pressing unit toward the belt.
CHAIN CONVEYOR
In some aspects, a conveyor chain includes a first link, a second link, and a coupler link coupled between the first link and the second link. The first link includes a first portion and a second portion, the second portion oriented parallel to and laterally spaced apart from the first portion. The first portion includes a first sprocket-engaging pin protruding laterally, and the second portion includes a second sprocket-engaging pin protruding laterally. The second link includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion includes a first sprocket-engaging portion protruding laterally, and the second portion includes a second sprocket-engaging portion protruding laterally. A flight bar is positioned adjacent an end of the first sprocket-engaging portion of the first link.
