Transport system for sterile processing department
Disclosed is a transport system for handling a plurality of different types of containers for medical equipment in a sterile processing department, the system comprises: a plurality of containers of a first type and a plurality of containers of a second type; conveyor stations for the plurality of containers, the conveyor stations being configured to transport the first type of containers and/or the second type of containers relative to the conveyor station; and a transport tray for supporting the first type of containers and the second type of containers, the transport tray having a set of securing elements configured to releasably secure the first type of containers to the transport tray and the second type of containers to the transport tray. The conveyor station is configured to transport the first type of containers and/or the second type of containers secured to the transport tray.
Loading apparatus
A loading apparatus for loading food products onto and/or into a slicing apparatus, in particular a high-speed slicer, comprises at least one magazine unit that includes a conveying means that endlessly circulates along a running direction. The conveying means is configured to lift the products to a transferring height at which the products can be transferred to the slicing apparatus and includes several product support surfaces, the product support surfaces being oriented essentially perpendicular to the running direction and positioned subsequently along the running direction with a space between each other. At least one product is loadable onto a respective product support surface for lifting the product to the transferring height.
PRODUCE SORTING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Produce sorting systems and methods that utilize a conveyor system to move produce through stages such as singulation, camera inspection, weight, and sorting. The sorting systems and methods may utilize conveyor systems having carrier segments that provide for increased speed, efficiency, accuracy, reliability, durability, and lower maintenance.

Internal washing provisions for food process line machines
Food process-line coating apparatus for coating a stream of food product in a food process line are provided with the improvement of a permanently-installed internal cleaning-fluid circuit and a plurality cleaning-fluid distribution devices. The cleaning-fluid distribution devices are any of a rotary spray head, a spherical spray nozzle, a rotary frame or a tubular (cylindrical) rotary manifold. The rotary spray head optionally has a multitude of flat spray nozzles mounted along the arms. The spherical spray nozzle might be mounted on a columnar base, and a plurality of those might stand like pickets and aimed a laterally-extending target, like a conveyor belt's nose roller. The rotary frame might have a spaced pair of parallel manifold tubes that rotate about a common axis. The tubular (cylindrical) rotary manifold preferably has a multitude of ports or nozzles distributed at spaced locations on its outer sidewall.

TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A transport system includes a vehicle, a dispenser, a body controller, a vehicle controller, and a restart command generator. When the transport system is stopped due to a problem and then the restart command generator commands a restart of the transport system, the body controller transmits check information to the vehicle controller. The vehicle controller performs a consistency process based on check information when the transport system is normal and check information when the restart of the transport system is commanded. If there is a vehicle determined to have a problem by the consistency process, the vehicle controller commands the body controller to cancel the check information regarding the vehicle and/or to dispense an article supported by the vehicle for transport to the dispenser.
